Awesome guys! Showed up within an hour, even though it was just a simple cross town transfer. My only complaint is that they didn’t follow up once the car was dropped off.
My husband and I were getting ready to leave for a vacation when we realized we had a flat tire - at 4:30 a.m. On Labor Day. Between the early hour and the holiday, I knew we were likely screwed, and mentally prepared myself to be thrown way off-schedule.
After limping to the closest gas station, we started trying to change the tire ourselves, but could not figure out how to release the spare tire from our car. Frustration ensued. I did some googling and discovered that Weil offers 24H roadside assistance.
I called, and they answered after ONE ring; I gave them the essential information and was quoted $95 and told the wrecker would be there within 45 minutes. Jimmie arrived within 20 minutes, and had us back on the road within the hour. (Turns out the spare tire drop was not readily apparent, which made us feel better!)
Jimmie was kind, patient, and in incredibly good spirits for 5:00 a.m. He made sure to show my husband every step of the process so we'd know how to handle it in the future. And as it turns out, we were his last stop before *he* went on vacation; we wished each other a good trip and then we were on our way! Big thanks to Jimmie & Weil for the quick & affordable help.
Operator was fast, friendly, and able to take care of my car with very little effort on my end. They got my car out of a parking deck! no problem within an hour of me calling for a pickup. Would use again
The driver went over and Beyond the Call of Duty. He took the time out to find out what was wrong with my vehicle, which was I ran out of brake fluid. He took me to Chevron to purchase more brake fluid and installed it in my vehicle and pump the brakes. So the fluid can go through the line. He is exceptional caring person. I was very pleased with Pro -Tow from my initial call to the follow up call updating me of where the Pro-Tow truck was and when he would arrive. Every message was accurate as Alan, Truck # 74, arrived and immediately got the car unlocked, hooked his charger up to the battery in the trunk, and started the car!! REALLY AMAZING as my Lexus LS500 computer had totally locked up the car, when I tried to start it. I gave up, and walked home. I left the car in the parking lot over night and called Lexus to come get it the next morning. He made what i thought was a disastrous catastrophe into a walk in the park for him. Trailer driver side axles were in the air and the front of the trailer was hanging on to the tractor axles. BadaBing BadaBoom… Done
Jessica was so kind as to inform me that if she tapped on the starter in my car as I cranked it it should temporarily fix the problem. Then she proceeded to do exactly that and my car started right up. My only complaint is that I was still charged for a tow. I live like four blocks from your headquarters and it shouldn’t have costed $95 to tsp my starter.off of my soapbox and onto the previous… Jessica, deserves a rais and commendation!
Something fell out of my pocket during the ride to the car shop, and I called the driver, and he immediately came back to give it to me.

The young man was very professional and nice. He was very detailed on what he was able to do to help me and he did just that. Thank you for an amazing job well done. He was there at a respectable time and just did an excellent job.
George was great! I had a problem with the transmission shifter and could not shift my f150 out of park. George popped the top of the console and saw the shift cable connector was broken. I was able to temporarily reconnect the cable and drive the truck home where I replaced the $20 connector. I avoided a few hundred dollars of repair shop cost. Hats off to ProTow and they will be my first call the next time I need a tow. Experience is a great asset.

Very nice and polite. Patient and helpful. Usually I have anxiety and I was especially jittery after my tires blew but the guy didn't comment or acted like I was annoying. Would definitely call this service again if I ever need it.
We called Weil Tow at 3:30 a.m. out of Birmingham he was hooking up to us at 4:53.
People pay the extra miles to get them out of Birmingham it’s well worth it. Professional dispatcher, professional driver and great Tow equipment. 5 Star + rating from this customer.
We broke down @mile marker 31 on I20 E at 8 P.M. at 2 a.m. the tow company we called had not shown up. We had tried calling to get a ETA, Nothing. Cancelled at 3:20
Alan is an excellent guy...great attitude and even greater work ethic! Usually when you're getting something towed it's an awkward experience but it was rather cool and thanks to him we made it back before it was too late! Please give him a raise!
