We were stranded at Loves in Clanton Alabama and he came with his wrecker to haul our 44,000 lb Class A Motorhome to Freightliner to get repaired. I can’t believe people can do what he does. The driver, Fred, got my vehicle loaded and delivered safely, which I appreciate. However, during the process, he made some personal comments that I felt were unnecessary and unprofessional. He also used profanity while talking, but not directed at me, but it made the interaction uncomfortable.
I can’t thank Weil Wrecker Service enough! My car broke down on Highway 280 in the middle lane, which was a scary and stressful situation. Nathaniel Moore happened to be just a few cars behind me and immediately came to my rescue. He was professional, kind, and quick to make sure I was safe. He got my car hooked up and towed to the closest Express Oil without any hassle. I am so grateful for his help that day—he truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend Weil Wrecker and especially Nathaniel for their outstanding service!

These tow truck drivers dont know how to drive properly. Constantly ignoring traffic laws. I've had multiple instances where they almost hit me through either running a red light, stop sign, or yield sign when myself or another driver has right of way. They are also extremely rude when called out after the fact.
Driver "Alan", is a professional, and outstanding individual. He helped this old veteran today and I am honored to have met such a upstanding person. Weil Wrecker Service has a dam great driver team member they should be proud to have on their team. Thanks for taking care of this veteran today. I unfortunately stalled on 280. The driver, Cody, arrived quickly and got me and the suv out of 5 o'clock traffic safely! He is knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. This was the best tow experience I've ever had!!
These guys were great to work with. Their service was outstanding and their pricing was fair. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I called him one day and they were there the very next day to load up my container and drive it 600 miles north and drop it off the very next morning. Everything went without a hitch. The driver was knowledgeable and professional.
Wow! CD was on point! After having arraignments with a company that completed bailed. Weil Wrecker saved the day. In less than an hour he arrived, hitched and arrived to the drop destination. Backed in a 42 foot 5th wheel perfectly, 10/10 recommend. Save yourself the dozen calls I made trying to arrange this tow and call them 1st.
Well I was greeted by a not so friendly clerk yesterday that got smart and kept being smart so Haley took over and was professional but that other girl is not a good look very unprofessional. The last thing someone need after their car has towed is her getting smart and being disrespectful as not know her job but demanding ur signature and being wrong the whole time. The worst experience by far.

The man showed up in a reasonable amount of time and had us loaded up and headed home in an even more reasonable amount of time. Would definitely use again in the future.
I called ahead of time to have a tow done at 4 pm. The dispatcher who took my call sent the driver out immediately. The driver calls and lets me know he is on his way at about noon or so. I inform him that it wasn’t until 4 PM. Instead of yall having a driver on standby ready on or near 4, i had to wait for an hour inside a hot car for the same driver to come back! what is the point of scheduling a tow if I still have to wait the average wait time to get a tow??
I waited over 2 hours on the side of the road. They kept asking for an address and I kept telling them I'm on the side of the road and gave the best directions I could. Driver didn't seem to have much sense of direction. My husband finally came to swap cars with me after leaving nearly an hour and half later and still got there before the wrecker. Driver only found him because he gave him the name of a road nearby. I was on a main highway in rural Bibb County. It shouldn't have been that difficult.
Quick and accurate tow of my semi tractor to the local Freigtliner. They said it would be an hour to an hour and a half, and I don’t think it was even a 30min wait. The driver was very kind and cool, worked quick and got me there so I could do the next steps to get back on my way.
They picked up a car for me and delivered it to my house without me being with the car! Exception service, very helpful and polite driver. Would definitely recommend !

I'm always impressed when these folks are onsite. Our lot is tight cause business is good and they're bringing in semi tractors and putting them in spots that are challenging. No fuss no drama. Very skilled and competent.
They sometimes do a lift for us with their 75 ton wrecker. It's a superhero beast of a machine. The operator makes the day though. Very smooth, in and out. Big lift but he made it super simple and safe. Call Weil and don't worry
