  Friendly and patient dispatcher and driver. They have a rollback flatbed truck which can accommodate most sport cars. Relatively quick to respond compared to other companies the insurance's road-side assistance service has sent me before. I've used their service several times because of this. I would highly recommend.

  As you likely know, towing is a predatory business model. We were forced to use Action Towing due to Shelby County calling them. Know this partnership overall is fraudulent. Our car was towed on a holiday. We were told we could not pick it back up that same day for that reason. We arrived the next morning to pick it up only to be charged for "48 hours" because it stayed overnight even though we did not have the option to pick it up early. $455 later which had to be cash btw (We were not told that and had to make a separate trip to get cash). The driver was unprofessional and unkind not to mention not helpful -all the while being buddies with the county officers. We asked for the address and he pointed to the truck door decal... The office staff did their best to be helpful. Overall, an unfortunate experience that we hope to never repeat.

  Horrible experience all around. She started by sending him to the wrong location, about 45+ minutes from where we were. Said it would be within the hour but since she messed up the address it took about 3. We had to wait in the storm with a tornado warning. He finally gets there and drove 80 and erratic the entire way back. I do not recommend and I will not be using them, I’d rather stay stranded on the side of the road next time. Edited to add: notice how they do not respond to any negative review they have, only the 5 star reviews.

  Called for a tow. Waited an hour, got excited because one of their trucks pulled into the parking lot then drove past us and waved. I called back he says that truck was too big for us he was switching with another truck that was across the road. Waiting another 45 minutes called another tow company said be there in 15 minutes and when i tell you when he said 15 he meant it. As we were pulling out the same truck that passed us an hour earlier was sitting at the red light with no cars on it. So what happened to the truck that was to pick us up? The world may never know.

  Despite the wait being a bit longer than expected. I thought the process went quickly and smoothly once the flatbed arrived. The driver was professional and nice. He treated my car well and took much care to load it up. I had my car towed to a Dealership service center, I followed the flatbed. The drive wasn’t too far but the driver didn’t speed and drove carefully. Which I appreciate very much.
