Unprofessional, price too high for used parts that may not work and instructed employee to pull the wrong part even after I told them and showed them what I needed
Very professional, great price ,and if on the odd chance they don't have as they got heaps of different parts they don't take long to get the part you need ,I'll only go to them from now on if I need parts in the future
I called in because my Nissan Rogue became un drivable, a service tech suggested I call Austin’s. Great service. Picked up my car from another wrecker yard and gave a good deal to grab it from me. Highly recommend! Thank you from one business owner to another
Just called to inquire about a part. An older guy answered the phone and placed me on hold, no problem with that. He returns to the phone and I started to ask about the part, he then yells Hello into the phone. I asked could he hear me and he is just breathing on the phone because I’m waiting for him to verify whether or not he can or can not in fact hear me. Then he says “yea what!! What are you looking for”
Very nasty attitude, get someone on that knows phone etiquette and can actually handle answering the phone without the extra nonsense.
This place needs to be shut down.
I called today and a elderly white guy told me and I quote “ I ask the questions and you do the answering”
… it took everything in me to not make a short trip down the road….
Please spend your money else where.

Worst phone and customer service ever!! Very rude when I was asking about a part then tells me they don’t have it a hangs up the phone on me before I have a chance to ask about another part. Worst service ever.
It was pleasant had what I needed at a good price they were helpful came outside and checked out the part to see if it's the one I really needed will go back anytime
Great people ken is the most helpful person that you can talk to about finding whatever you are looking for if they dont have it he'll suggest a place close by.
Never have what you need and they tell you that they do. They are always very rude. I am a mechanic and I dont know if it is because I am a female but they are rude as hell! I will never do business with them ever.
