***Edit Used again for an accident through insurance. After 2 weeks of incomplete estimations, unauthorized repairs and parts were ordered and was told through insurance I would need to cover labor and restocking of parts when transferring vehicle to another shop for estimation. After pressuring and getting Insurance, local parties and other individuals involved, all 'costs' to me were waived besides towing. Low and behold, new estimation from other shop before paint was 95% of vehicle value and subsequently totaled out. I did not have an experience where I could recommend this shop. This is sharing the bare minimum of my entire recent experience with this shop.
Original Review: Had an slight issue with my suspension making some noise, and stopped by after running by about 4 shops to see if someone could jack it up and check everything. Long story short, these guys got me taken care of.
I have had bad and good experiences with this company. It just depends on which driver you get. One Tow Truck Driver for Rich's Towing Service, KEVIN, and his partner, are GREAT! They figured out how to get my broken car out of park and into neutral by patiently problem solving until they figured it out. Another driver, Matt, was not so patient, and bent my tie rod loading and unloading my car off truck bed WITH CAR IN PARK. Not only that, but when I called his number to tell him I had damage, he was not nice about it and hung up on me. If you use this company for towing, ask for Kevin! I have reached out to the company about this, and they have not returned my calls/messages/text messages. I filed a complaint/case with Allstate Insurance, who uses this company for Roadside Assistance in this area, and they are taking their own sweet time about helping. My car has been sitting at a repair shop since December. I fear that my Hybrid battery is going to go bad from not being driven/charged. I plan to drop Allstate after this is resolved.
They do a great job. No surprises when it came to my bill and my vehicle ran great! I've also used their towing service and the driver showed up on time and had my car loaded in literally one minute. He was so nice and made me very comfortable.

deceitful and a bunch of lies. Did not contact us let us know anything about our car car stayed there for 2 months Jack the price up from $15,000 to $26,000 trying to total my car out did not do everything that they could do to try to help us bad bad bad business and very disrespectful to my wife
I dont bragg on alote of buisnesses these days but I will say this, they was extremely professional considerate of my building and homeowners land she took every protacal for safety all the way around I was smiling the whole time watching and listening in disbelief the kindness and respect shown is above average all the way. I called for a tow through my metro smart ride app at 8:46 and Richs picked it up. I wanna thank The dispatcher , she was more than helpful while assuring me that her driver was headed to me. I wanna thank Our driver Jesse also, He came with no problems and got us taken care of. Great work "Rich's" Team!!
Can't say enough Good things about their driver Mark, who went above & beyond to help me! Without his Kindness i would of been stranded. Truly a Godsend that nite!
Worst experience EVER! AAA sent them out to tow my car for a flat tire. Instead of using the designated tow 'pull' on my bumper, they pulled it onto their flatbed using chains and damaged/bent my rear control arms, admitted to doing so, and then refused to pay for repairs. Had to file a claim on my insurance and they are having to come after them to recover my deductible. If that doesn't work, will definitely see them in small claims court! Just ridiculous!!!
My car wouldn’t start, so we called our insurance company to have it towed. They connected with Rich’s Collision Repair, and said the driver would be here within 60 minutes. After waiting for an hour & 40 minutes, we called our insurance back to check on the status. They tried multiple times to contact the driver, with no answer, and the voicemail was full. Rich’s Collision Repair left us high and dry.
Worked here along side many great people! Owner is amazing and hates shortcuts! He preaches about doing this right the first time and if it wasn’t done right the first time (which is not common) he will make sure he fixes it! I guarantee Rich’s is the fastest responders for Adamsville PD and they do an amazing job towing. Rich’s is a very capable body shop too! They do it all and it’s crazy the things they are able to do with their amazing equipment!
Had a great experience with Rich's towing they tow my SUV twice in 2 week I I'm very pleased with the way they handled my truck and was on time to show up for the appointment to carry my shop truck to the auto repair place. And I couldn't beat the price thank you Rich"s
Got a radiator replaced on my car and they didn’t put coolant in the car and I drove off expecting that would have been done. Car overheated. Also forgot to put the H and L caps from the pressurized system back on. They also did some front end work and the LAF side is a little raised as the right side is fine. Take you me car elsewhere!!!
