A&k metals is where I take my scrap iron to. Good guys and always helping me . Very nice people. They haven't changed a bit. I just wish they could go up on their price for aluminum. 20th street in Chattanooga pays about 20 more cents on the pound. It is what it is. Aluminum cans is a low twenty five cents a pound and they will not take old air-conditioned units without the paperwork on it.

Great service. All the employees are extremely helpful from the scale house to the yard workers. They remember my name after a few visits which as a local business it is a pleasant reminder as to why local businesses are the best.
