Sort of price matched. Matched autozone's list price but couldn't give military discount with it which autozone also gives...so really didn't fully match..
Pulled up before 7pm. Older gentleman walks to the door and locks it. Open sign was still on. Didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me they were about to close.
I seldom use box auto part stores. For the most part "no pun intended" I find them expensive for everyday items, quality no better than Amazon, and suspect in knowledge. To qualify my comment I drive a 16 year old ram that I bought new. It has not been to the stealership since 2010 and it has 352 thousand miles on it and the A/C blows ice cold in south Alabama.
Had to wait(quite a while), as only one person was out front working. But the gentleman did put my new wiper blades on for me...even when it started sprinkling.
Employee was very helpful and walked me to the product instead of pointing or telling me what isle it is located on
I will gladly return back because of great service!
When I walked in I was greeted with a smiling face and cheery personality. Corey was very helpful and knowledgeable to all his customers. His store was the cleanest one I have ever been in. A lot more stores need to get it together like Corey has this one. 10 out of 10 RECOMMEND !!
Man what can I say other than they were almost closing when I went in but they still took care of me the same. I thank you for the extra mile you guys went.
Usually has the parts I need and the employees are always very helpful in finding everything. Only downside like every parts store the pricing just can't compete with online sales button at least you get your parts that day unlike mail ordering.
I stop here regularly to get parts and cleaners for Customer repairs...Staff always helpful, shelves always clean, well stocked, and well stocked. Has used oil recycling ♻️ which is always a good thing. Prices are high just like everything else these days...however stores are like a DG...on every corner.. and most of all willing to deal with Warranty, product issues or mistakes with a smile which is HUGE these days..that's why they get my business qnd why I give good them good rating. Parking is always good at O'Reilly Auto. Easy in and out.
Very friendly staff. I was coming through from out of town and it was pouring down rain and my wiper decided to fly away I stopped in and a very helpful young man "Corey" got me some great wipers and even put them on in the pouring rain. I will definitely be stopping back in to see him.
I came from another state (Georgia) to work the outage at the Farley Nuclear Plant (Alabama) and on my second morning I was told my left tail light and blinker was out. It rained all day and as soon as I got off work I googled the closest auto parts store to me and it lead me to this store. I had no idea if they could/would be able to help me with it but a very nice young man named “Robert” was not only able to tell me what was wrong but fixed it for me in the parking lot while it was still raining! I held an umbrella over him while he patiently taught me how to change out the tail lights on my Lincoln Navigator so should I ever have to do it again I would know how. That was my first time shopping in an O’Reilly but thanks to “Robert” I will be a loyal customer from now on.

Desperately needed a fix done on my car, so this was my first stop straight from work, and the manager went above and beyond to get everything working for me, providing tools and all, after dealing with so much during his own long work shift, something he definitely didn’t have to do. I’m extremely appreciative of him and couldn’t be more happy with my experience. Highly recommended; great prices, amazing support, and very knowledgeable manager!
