The driver was great and respectful but that one who answered the call was nothing but disrespectful and nasty. We waited almost an hour then when I called back he gone say 45 minutes to an hour really, should have told me upfront.
Knights Wrecker has helped me at work and personally, so this is review is after several times of doing business with them, not a one-off. They are always great to work with and they're the only wrecker service we recommend. They're fast, friendly, and the whole process is easy. Everytime.
Yesterday was the third time I’ve had to use Knights towing all three times the gentleman that have come to the rescue have been incredibly kind, courteous, fast and efficient. I used the wrecker service. Customer service was great. JB was the driver and he was very friendly, prompt, and helpful. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Truck gearshift broke while waiting for gas at Sam's. Called Knight's towing. Arrived in ten minutes. Loaded truck, took to dealership. The driver was super polite and knew his stuff. Excellent driver. Would use their service again.

Fantastic service! The tow driver was to my location within 20 minutes of my initial call. He was very polite and professional. Once he got my truck out of the ditch he made sure I was on solid ground and waited until I was on my way down the road. Payment was easily accomplished online. I’d recommend them for any towing needs.
The gentleman went above and beyond with a smile on his face. Last night was one of the hardest nights for my wife and I and this man show compassion and understanding throughout the entire experience. I didn’t know they man wrecker drivers like that any more. He could have been just as upset as we were but instead he helped where he could and gave us all the time we needed to get out situation under control. I’d give him a raise and a promotion if it were up to me!!!
Chet was cool, calm & collected in our time of stress. (We were crashed into on I-10 in the rain.) Seamless communication & got us safely to a hotel & met us back at the yard in the morning to retrieve our personal belongings. He was helpful & kind. You are lucky to have him, as we were, as well. Talk about excellence….call Knights Tow Service…I had waited on Life 360 for 1 hour and a half (1.5). Scott Steven Tires recommended Knights and I’m so thankful they did. Quick and no hassles if you want this type of quality of service!
