I called Russells Tractor Parts and was answered quickly about there store hours of operation. Upon visiting the store I was pleasantly greeted and received efficient and thorough help. The gentleman that helped me was able to measure the outside diameter and then got on the phone with the supplier and ordered the exact part that I needed. In about 2 business days I received a callback from the store and was notified that my parts had come in. I returned to the store and paid for my parts and was able to get back to work after installing the parts on my Agco 75gt tractor. I would highly recommend this place for anyone locally or online to do business with this company and feel assured that you will get the best service and knowledge base available.
I called and got someone that knew what they were doing. He quickly knew what part I needed and shipped it out that day. I had visited a different salvage yard the day before and to say they were less than helpful is an understatement.
