The owner, didn't catch his name, answered the phone quickly and knew exactly where we were stranded even tho WE had no clue where we were! He got Steven out to us quickly. Steven was very personable and professional. He treated our car with care and really went above and beyond by dropping us off at a local hotel!! I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a tow!!

Locked my keys in the back of a Budget truck, with a masterlock holding me back. Lloyd was the man for the job. We took turns pounding on the lock with a few tools he had. Axe and Sledgehammer. He was very well spoken, and efficient! A+

One of our company vehicles got stuck on a really muddy dirt road after the GPS tried to take a clever short-cut. We quickly found Lloyd's on Google and gave them a call. Lloyd's was on lunch but he knew immediately what happened and where our vehicle was stranded. He got out to our guy in no-time and had us back on the road. Lloyd's was extremely helpful, friendly and there was excellent communication through-out the unfortunate event. It was very convenient paying over the phone and we he texted over a receipt.
Our car lost all its transmission fluid on the way to Panama City. Lloyds towed us all the way there for a VERY reasonable price..He saved our vacation. Thank you.
Lloyd and brad helped me out of a ditch on what has to be one of the worst roads I have ever been down. Everyone steer clear of county road 104, and if you can't or won't then make sure you have Lloyds number in your pocket. You will probably need his expert service. They even continued assistance later after getting me out when we happened to cross paths again at the gas station on 431 where I was having to install my spare. Lloyd and brad happily came over, jacked up my truck and changed the tire for me. Truly amazing gentlemen. My hats off to you good sirs.
It was my first time renting a car when I had a blown tire. I got a phone call stating they were on their way and they cared about my safety.
