I was recently traveling and broke down 5 hours from home. Carl and his wife went above and beyond to make sure myself (and puppy) and my car were taken care of and back on the road asap! I couldn't ask for better service in a timely manner with such kindness and thoughtfulness. Highly recommended!!
Great people, great service, and Great prices! Broke down after a motorcycle rally me and the wife attended. We attempted to do some repairs on my rig before having to make a decision about getting a tow. Unfortunately we could not get the repairs done in a timely manner so we had to figure something out to get our rig home. My wife found Carl and his family business so we decided to give it a try. I'm very happy with our decision to go with this company. He got my ram 2500 and my 33 foot toy hauler home gracefully! We where 161 miles from home, 2 and a half hours away, didn't know anyone in the area, and on a Sunday. They are great people and will try to help you out anyway, or anytime possible. This business helped me with a customer broke down in their area Friday before Christmas, and no one else was open or willing to help. But I am glad I found them. Absolutely amazing to deal with. Very professional and polite yet friendly. I could not ask for better service. Also might I add that their pricing for my situation was far lower than I expected. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone.
Wish i could give more than 5 stars. My family & i were on a road trip & my car started acting funny over 60 miles from home. It then shut off leaving us on the side of the interstate in the hot july sun with no way for A/C. I called them for a tow and Mrs. Paula answered and had her husband Carl on the way to help before we even hung up. Not only did he get there in under 30 minutes, he also gave us a ride to where someone met us & towed my car to the dealership in my hometown the next day. What a blessing. Very personable people, with a good heart. If you ever need a tow i highly suggest you give them a call.
