Got 4 tires mounted and balanced did a good job.

I've patronized this business for years, so I was shocked by what happened. Took my truck there for 6 new tires. I have a nice truck with nice aluminum rims. When I picked up the truck didn't walk around till I got home. On the passenger side front there was a large obviously fresh deep cut/scratch. Further investigation revealed fresh damage of varying degree on 4 rims. When I went back to show them I was surprised at the adversariarl attitude. First they claimed they didn't do it, then they tried to tell me they had a sign up saying they weren't responsible for damage, then they said they would see about repair of one rim but I would have to leave the truck for however many days it took, take it or leave it! Ive held off writing this review to decide what to do, I finally decided I'll pay for the damage before I go back there and deal with them......they've lost this customer for good.

These people are great and great prices. Treat you like family, my wires running to my starter were shorting out and they fixed wires and changed starter for 125

Best place to go when you have a knot in your tire. I was driving my son's mustang when I realized something was wrong. I immediately called heavy duty and explained my situation and frantically asked if they could stay open till I got there. They did , however, they did not have my tire. They immediately got on the phone and sent me to Gadsden tire where they had my size and was waiting on me. Thank you Heavy Duty , you provided Excellent customer service and You also gained a loyal customer.

Great people. Mechanic is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone there works hard to get you what you need. Im grateful for their services.

These precious people helped my car and myself feel better. I told them about my car and they couldn't of been more helpful. I asked them were they praying people and told them about my sister and brother. I think they started praying while they were working.Thank God for people such as they are.

My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with the tires and service at Heavy Duty's Tire and Battery. We upgraded the tires on our fifth wheel camper and the installers made sure the job was done properly. The customer service is excellent! I definitely recommend using them for your tire and battery needs.

My "go to" place for tire repairs. They also have performed many miscellanious repairs for me. I love the owners, they're awesome and care about their customers. That's hard to find in this day and time.

Thought our battery was dead, they tested it and told me it was fine. You don't find that kind of honesty everywhere. Good people.

Didn't spend any money there but they still checked my tire for me . I did buy a battery from them and it's been great . Just remember this is a small business , it's not Walmart it can't compete with walmart. However I can walk there if I need and they've always been great to me .

Charged me $150 to change spark plugs, oil filter and air filter in my lawn mower. I supplied plugs, oil, oil filter, and air filters. Would have been cheaper at the John Deere dealership. You've lost me as a customer....

Do not take your vehicle to this place. The mechanic there looked at my truck for two minutes and said there was metal fragments in the oil and the engine was locked up. I took it to another mechanic and the only thing wrong with it was the oil pressure gauge. There were no metal fragments in the oil. At least a $1400 price difference
