Absolutely my hero! I was taking my family on one last beach trip before getting school kicked off. Well my water pump decided it wanted to go out at 1:30 am! Not only did he have a repair shop to tow my truck to, but he also dropped all 6 of us off at a hotle! We would have been stranded! He had my truck fixed and ready to go in less than 6 hours! He also did all this cheaper than a quote I got to tow the truck to Pensacola. Thank you Greg! May the Lord bless you and your family for blessing me and mine ?
I need to show this company and staff lots of love . From the woman that answered my call to the amazing man that came to help my daughter. My daughter works in hospice and was leaving a patients house When her car just wouldn't go . I rushed to her still couldn't get it to do anything . We called Us Automotive Towing and Recovery and they showed up fast . The tow truck driver that day was a absolute angel. Through the pouring rain to getting our car towed all the way to Pace he was just as polite and so sweet . I didn't catch his name but it was on July 26th around 3:30 . They are hands down the best in the area .
I would highly recommend these guys Greg Odom and Kevin Walker came to my rescue. After waiting at the truckstop for 4 1/2 hours on roadside assistance please those guys never showed up. Call Greg and Kevin was on the way within minutes. They towed my vehicle got my Family and I to a local hotel and they just happen to have a shop And they put a new alternator on my vehicle gave me a reasonable price as well so thank you guys for coming to the rescue and you guys come highly recommended from me G Stringer
Alternator went out in our vehicle. Called them to give us a tow to a shop, come to find out they had a shop also. Greg the owner very nice man and lance the mechanic very knowledgeable about his work!!! The driver was also very nice!! Would recommend to anyone needing a tow or vehicle work!!! Clean shop!!
I highly recommend this towing service. I had been broke down for four hours with 2 dogs in a 100° heat in the middle of nowhere. I also barely had phone service. The first few towing services I called would not take the dogs with me to a repair shop but when I finally got ahold of JOHN @ US TOWING AND RECOVERY he said no problem and came right for us. He took us to his shop, put us up in an ACed room, and looked at my car straight away. He is repairing my car and has been more than fair with his pricing and I am beyond grateful for this man.
Would like to give US Towing a huge thank you. We were traveling to Mobile for business and my truck broke down. I was lucky to get them to tow my truck to their shop. Which they jumped right on it to replace the water pump and get me back on the road. Great people all around.

Stranded on I-65 after normal hours. Responded quickly and provided a wonderful experience for my awful situation. Wonderful service. Personnel were professional and kind. Highly recommend.
While returning from assisting victims of hurricane Ida in New Orleans we had trouble with our Disaster Response Vehicle. US towing and Recovery responded and not only got our vehicle safely to a repair shop, they assisted in making sure we were able to get lodging (at 2am). They followed up with us to make sure our vehicle was repaired and we were safely on our way. They went above and beyond to help us in our time of need
I have called numerous times and sometimes in the night. They always answer my call and always shows up no matter what. I’ve got teenagers and they are always there to bring them and their vehicles home. Love them.
Love them. No matter what time I call they are there to help. The owner seems to have his hand in many things and can help with more than just your towing needs.
