Called inquiring about a job and didn't even get 2 seconds to speak before I got hung up on. Poor service entirely. Don't recommend a Tow Company that acts like this.
My car completely died in the middle of the road. Luckily the sheriff’s office came and helped us push it into a parking lot. After being stranded for four hours waiting on AAA to help us, we decided to call Dale. He showed up in record time for it being 4am. He was efficient and patient with us as we were frustrated given the situation. Fair prices and a genuine guy. Highly recommend.
It was a Sunday morning when I discovered a rodent had gotten under my hood and chewed wires that left my vehicle inoperable. I called a few tow companies that were listed as “open 24/7” but received no answer, even left voicemails but never received a call back. I called Dale and he immediately answered and got me on the schedule for my car to be picked up that same day for a reasonable price. He safely delivered it to the dealership and even took a picture of my vehicle parked at the dealership to give me peace of mind. I appreciate you Dale and will definitely recommend you to friends, family, and anyone else ever needing a tow!

Great guy, called for a tow about 9pm..arrived within 20 mins. Had to use the next day and he was able to accommodate my schedule. Will use if need a tow again!
It is the BEST towing company in town! I tried to contact 6 other places. And nobody could help .. Only Dale's towing company came a loooooot faster than expected, the service was fantastic, professional and quick ! Call here and you will be amazed how great this company is !!!
Needed him at 1:00 a.m. in the morning and he was there in 10 minutes and had the problem fixed and I kid you not 5 seconds. We HIGHLY recommend him, he is the best

This man is an absolute crook and beyond rude. Asked about the damage done to my bumper and he barely looked at it, jumped in his truck, and hauled off. Towed my vehicle THAT morning and charged me $150 not even 12 hours later explaining that, "This is how I make my living." I'd recommend ANYBODY but him and being a local I plan to.
Waaaay to expensive, very unprofessional from the second he picked up the phone. And when he told me the price I said “that’s kind of high”. Then just hung up the phone.... if I could, I’ll give them a negative star rating...
Contacted them asking for a tow. Was told it'd be an hour. He told me to text him the address of where I was. Which I did. An hour and a half later, no response to my texts and no one answered the phone when I tried calling twice. 1/5 Stars - Would not recommend to a friend.
Terrible service. The guy was completely rude and hangs up on you. Hours aren't correct either. We tried calling last night and got no answer. Closed on weekends. They also don't give you a receipt and he seems to show no permits on his truck. Makes you question how legit they are.
My daughter had my car out with friends and needed a jump. I found Dale's towing on a google search. Even though he was on his way to Destin, he went out and jumped the car. He was even polite enough to call me back to let me know she was good to go. Greatly appreciated in the middle of the night.
Dale came out to pick up my car as fast as he could. He was very respectful and had no problem placing my car in a tight spot in a timely manor. Although I hope to never need his services again, he will be the first one I call if I need a tow. Also, his pricing was more than fair.

Dale came and picked me up at 2am during a monsoon of a downpour in record time. He is really friendly and helpful. Towed my car 30 miles and his rate was more than reasonable. His phone number is getting stored in my phone for sure! Use his services if you want to be treated right.

Dale was personable and professional, got my car towed to my house in a VERY timely manner especially considering it was 5:30 on a Friday, and even gave me some free advice on some things to check to make sure the repairs I was quoted were legitimate. I hope that I will not need towing services again, but I will definitely use Dale again if I do and I highly recommend you do the same! Thanks Dale!
He got the job done, but I felt over charged. Called him up and he pretty much came right away. I just needed his truck with the winch to pull my car onto a trailer. He drove into position but had me hook the chain up to the car because he "didn't want to be responsible for putting it in the wrong place". I did it and it worked, but all he had to do was operate the winch. Just pull the "on" lever. And he charged me $40. Just to show up with his truck and turn on his winch. Felt a little ripped off but I had no other choice at the. I would call him again but only as a last resort.
Great customer service!! I highly recommend Dales Towing, so thankful he was so quick to tow my car so I could get to work at my hospital job. Very friendly, he really went above and beyond.. I recommend him to everyone and I will definitely use Dale's any time I need a tow..
