I can’t say enough good things about E&S Towing & Auto Service. I broke down 800 miles from home and after normal service hours, and they still took care of me like family. In a stressful situation, they were professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and helped. I’m blessed to have met them.

E&S saved the day! I had two technicians break down in Brewton, 5 hours from home. E&S Towed us back to their shop, dropped my guys off at Enterprise car rental, had our van repaired in 1 business day. They had the mercedes water pump overnighted. Great communication and service. The price was much less than I was expecting. There are shops that take advantage of bad situations but E&S isn't one of them. Good honest folks.

Joanne and her family are just flat out amazing. I moved from Tennessee and had never been told to pay for the tranny up front. I obviously didn’t have the full amount but she worked with me. I would trust them with any vehicle as of right now. And their prices, their compassion towards others and providing grace to those who need help. I will never forget this lady. I didn’t have to wait hours for a tow truck. I took this Suburban to 3 different shops. One stated you need a new one because of high miles. One said the tranny was gone. You just never know with people and where their hearts lie. But I believe that these people aren’t just about money. They want to help you get back on the road. Great prices. Fair. And will work with you. Not sure you if you all do some body work but I’d be interested. 😍quick turn around for tranny . Ordered.received , and suburban is rolling. A week. That’s all it took. And that’s not on them they just had to wait for the Tranny. Continue to be who you are and not price gauge. I have 5 kids and if that tow was included I wouldn’t have been able to buy groceries for the kids. You go above and beyond and I see you. So thank you from the bottom my heart. Came across you for a reason and I’m glad I did. Great customer service and great prices they went above and beyond when changing the rear main seal and the turbo on my diesel pick up. We will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend if you’re looking for a mechanic gas or diesel, This is definitely the place to go.

JoAnne & James were absolutely wonderful. Our son goes to college over there and we are 3 states away from him. He had some issues with his Chevy Duramax and they got the truck in the shop immediately and fixed the same day so he wasn’t without it for very long. We greatly appreciated the efficiency and getting it fixed. Thank you so much! You guys took some stress off some parents!

While driving my Tacoma across country from Georgia to Oregon, my front axle wasn’t aligned, and my tires ended up being torn to the wire frames. The amazing staff at ENS quickly. Let me know that my front end was about to fall out and they were quick to have me back on the road Monday morning. They worked with me, Helped me and we’re very hospitable to me and my dog in that hot Alabama heat. If I had to break down on this road trip, I’m glad that I ended up at E&S Automotive.

My car was in an accident and towed to E&S. They were immediately concerned about the repairs. Through contact with my insurance company they processed an estimate and sent to insurance company. They have knowledge of working with insurance companies on wrecked vehicles-with them sending an estimate so quickly to the insurance company-we were able to get an estimate of what we would receive. We will be using them in the future should we need any repairs. Very accommodating and helpful when I was so upset about my car. They are good people and wonderful to work with-go see them !!!

My van broke down on I65. So, I pulled over and called AAA. I looked up E & S Auto Service on Google. So, I told the tow truck that's the destination. I imagined I would be taken for a ride on the work and its pricing. But, I could not have been more wrong. Just the friendliest people ever. The work was attended to promptly AND I was happy to pay the reasonable amount. Big relief!

I can confirm the other stories you read in reviews on here are true. This family saved us on our trip when our car broke down. They picked up our van on i65 on a Sunday evening, picked our family up from a separate location, and fixed our van at their shop all within about 3 hours of calling them. Without them we wouldn’t have made it to our destination that day. We have small kids and the lady offered to do everything for us from taking them to get food to renting a movie. Everything they did was true hospitality. If you need a tow or repair do not hesitate to work with this group.

This business was a God send! I was having issues with my car and 2 hours from home! I called them close to closing, The wife of the business was very concerned and caring she sent her husband instantly! My issue was a simple fix and I appreciate them for not taking advantage of me! Honest, affordable, and compassionate! If you are having car issues they are the ones to call! Thank you 🖤

James Madewell picked my wife and I up in our Tesla after I missed our charger. He saved my night after picking us up and towing us to the charger. James and his wife are the very best. I would highly recommend these great folks.

James and his wife are both amazing. My wife’s parents were traveling from Mississippi to Gadsden, AL when their car broke down on I-65. Not only did James come straight out and tow their car, he also bought it from them! James and his wife drove about 30 miles to help them and were VERY helpful and genuinely concerned for them. E&S Automotive Repair & Towing, Brewton, Alabama, immediately responded to our call for a tow truck to our potentially dangerous location in the center of the road on a 2-lane highway with no shoulder outside of Brewton. From our first contact, Joanne was sincere and extremely helpful coordinating with James, her husband, to come to our aid. Then learned James was a veteran Ford mechanic with many years experience repairing them. James quickly diagnosed our engine problems and was able to repair multiple mechanical problems in a timely manner. James did a fantastic job repairing our 2008 Ford E150 van engine repairs & our van runs like new now. We highly recommend E&S Automotive Repair & Towing for their prompt response & outstanding service work James & his service technician performed on our van. Joanne and/or James explained the cost breakdown and physically showed me why the multiple parts were required to be repaired. This is truly a family run business and each person we dealt with from Joanne at the front desk to James and the service technician treated us with honesty & care. Thank you again Joanne and James.

WOW!! I love these people. I called them at 4AM broke down on my way to work, and they were able to come get me quickly and charge reasonably. If you ever break down, call them!

Customer service at this shop was phenomenal. They were willing to stay late to make sure my brakes were changed and I was taken care of. very polite and accommodating 100% recommend.

Where do I start? Our alternator went out in our Spinter van we were stranded. We called around from part store to part store trying to locate an alternator for the van of course no one had it. We finally found an Advance Auto in Flomaton Al that could get it in by 1pm that day. It was only 8am so we ordered it. Next step was to find a shop that could get us in that day to repair it being we are from out of state just passing through. E&S automotive saved the day. FAST, friendly service and family owned and even treated us as such. While we where waiting on the alternator which there daughter was picking up for us. They treated us to Alabama's finest dining 😉. We returned to E&S and the alternator arrived at the same time. Probably an hour or so later we are back up and running. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop to anyone. We are only 6hrs behind instead of days behind thanks again for your help we appreciate you all more then you know.

Hadn't even got down from my tractor truck trailer when greeted by an associate. Told me to park and he'll get right to fixing the bent cross member of my trailer. By far the best Customer service, Quality and fast service. Keep up the Outstanding Job E & S Automotive! Heartland Express employee.

This family-ran business is amazing! I broke down after hours on a weekend and 30 minutes away from their shop. They had a mechanic waiting when we got to the shop and stayed to change the alternator on my vehicle on a late Sunday evening to get me back on the road instead of having to wait until the next day. They went out of their way to help and did it all while being very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them, this is service you can't top.

This shop is a rare combination of experience, professionalism, and the best customer service I met. Absolute recommendation from my side, 10 of 10.
