I went into use my gift card and was greeted by a very handsome young man who is so nice and helped me get everything that I needed. He was very knowledgeable and fast cuz he could tell I was in a hurry. Shout out to the employee named Gary y'all definitely need to give him a raise or at least make a employee of the month cuz he's awesome..
The guys help me with a battery problem. They were professional, nice and funny! I appreciate how they took care of me and my vehicle 😌. Awesome job guys! Thank you!

The cashier named Mal, that was working on September 12th 2023 at 5 PM central time, is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered at a retail establishment. He couldn’t put his phone down long enough to checkout customers. I spend a lot of money with you all but I will be giving Autozone my business until Mal is replaced, which I’m sure won’t be long.
Needed a battery so I came here. The employee changed it out for me it even started pouring rain and he never once complained ! Thank you o’Reilly for saving the day!
Good store. Nice staff. Be careful and pay attention to part numbers for your vehicle. Otherwise you could be waiting 45 minutes for your parts to arrive from another store.
They always have what I need if they don't they get it fast, dependable and good service only place I go and I worked for the other autoparts companies.

Very nice man helped me I believe his name was Timothy but nevertheless he was VERY VERY nice went out in the rain to check my lug nut lock . I appreciate him assisting me because I had no clue want I was looking for
My son's truck had neen running hot and he told me he preferred O'Reilly Auto Parts to Auto Zone. He went in to O'Reilly Auto Parts and I stood back off to the side. (Just to examine how they would treat my young son). The representative that spoke to my son gave him his full attention. He listened intently and offered suggestions. He treated my young son very respectfully. (He didn't try to sell him something he didn't need and even offered to help him if my son brought his truck up to the O'Reilly Auto Parts store. I was very impressed.
