Stopped to get an Air Filter for my Truck and was given different options at different costs and options therein. They gave me my 10% Military Discount which I greatly appreciated. The staff was very helpful from beginning to end.

The staff at this Advance Auto are the best of the best! Greeted at the door if you look like you're indecisive at the Shelf they come over to lend a hand. I've been going for years so I'm going to first name basis with these employees they are fantastic! They have what you need or they'll get what you want. Always a smile and always a well wish, both coming and going! Highly recommended store on Highway 14 in Millbrook!

Everytime I go to the Advance Auto Parts in Millbrook, I always receive great customer service, and the staff is so knowledgeable.

I just stopped by for my check engine light. A staff member was already outside so it saved me a trip inside lol..He checked the problem, wrote it down for me and recommended a few things. Quick and simple..I recommend..

Larry Duck helped me so much for 2 hours trying to diagnose my electrical car issues, he cleaned my battery terminal in the rain, also knew a lot about batteries and each of their strengths,he also changed out my batteries IN THE pouring RAIN. 10/10 service well spent $300

Came to the store almost before they closed Mrs.jasmine took the time to gather all the information and take care of us how ever the older black guy with glasses had a whole different attitude even took the time to removed all the stickers of the battery it’s sad while Mrs jasmine was there he wanted to act like big help she walks out the door and all he does show us attitude and he even mad because I stand my ground that the battery was one year old … even doe another location didn’t do there job she took the time and courtesy to acomódate our needs … Recommend her for all you needs … Thank you

I came into the store to get my “check engine light” diagnosed and the employee just shook his head from side-to-side and made “mm-mm” sounds to tell me this store does not provide this service. Very unhelpful.

Had no idea needed head lamp bulbs and markers bulbs the friendly and smart staff help get right bulbs and notice I had a crack in the head lamp bracket that holds the light in place got it fix the same day thank you staff at Advance Auto Parts

Quick attentive employees, and they're very cautious about Covid 19 currently, taping off areas. Hard spot to exit driving a stick shift, unless you're turning right.

The employees here were great. Very helpful when I had a dead battery. The employee's were polite and friendly , yet professional. I wish I remembered the name of the employee that helped me as he had to go through a lot of trouble to get my battery out (corroded terminals) and install a new battery. He did this in 30° weather and rain without a single complaint. Awesome person and all around great employees

The staff here is great. Mr. Gregory & Mr. O. Davis are great. They are so skilled & knowledgable in their trade. They assisted me & exhibited courteous customer service.

Bought a battery, it didn't turn the engine over as fast as normal and didn't get better with driving Took it back, they cheerfully tested, determined it was a rare bad battery and they ran all over area to get me a replacement (rare size apparently). Greg took the time to check alternator, fuses and looked for anything that might be draining battery before sending me on my way. Sometimes something goes wrong. Great customer service shows in how this store made it right!

Needed a battery for my mothers car. Oran was great in assisting us with it and even installed the battery for us. Oran at the millbrook store was great in helping us.

The young man that helped us was very knowledgeable. My cigarette lighters were not working and although he couldn't find a fuse that wasn't working, he fixed the problem. It was probably a loose fuse.

Always go here to get what I need. You got to take advantage of joining their club for great deals. Last encounter had a lot of corrosion buildup on battery terminals, Gregg, the evening shift manager told me what to buy and then went out and cleaned it off for me. Great service!

Only giving one star because I can't go lower!!! Went in today to spend a little more than $100 at this store. Luckily, before giving them my money, I was able to witness the worst customer service I've ever witnessed, personally. An elderly couple, whom was there when we arrived, was trying to simply find a "fix" to an issue with their air filter cover. It was an older car and it was obvious that they didn't have a lot of money to spend on parts. the rod was too short to protrude through the lid and accept the wingnut to hold it on. The employees were exceptionally rude, to say the least, to this couple. Would not even go out to see if they could come up with a make shift solution. I offered assistance and within 5 minutes had them fixed up and on the road....without spending any money in this god-awful store! This was the last time I waste my time and money at this store. I'm only glad my son was with me to witness the right....and wrong,....way to treat someone in need.

Every time I need something, and go to Advance, they either have what I need or get it for me by the following morning ... way better service than I ever got from the Dealer ... It's also very nice that when I walk in, I get a 'Hello' from at least 2 of the counter people ... If it's something they don't do, like body work or paint or upholstery, it seems they have a good relationship with people they can recommend ... that service alone would bring me back ... They always make sure I don't forget anything that will hold up the repair or maintenance I am performing ... Thanks Ya'll!
