I called in on June 25th and was told they couldn’t even look at the vehicle until the 30th. Fine. I dropped it off on the 29th (a Sunday) and followed up on the 30th—was told they’d have me “good to go” by the 3rd, just in time for the holiday. So I show up on the 3rd, only to witness two guys tripping over each other with excuses, each seemingly trying to outdo the other in justifying why the vehicle still hadn’t been touched. One of them even swore “on his life” it would be the first vehicle they worked on come Monday, July 7th, right after finishing the one already in the bay. Fast forward to this morning, July 10th—I show up again, and the vehicle has not even moved. The key is still sitting in the visor, exactly where I left it. Not once did anyone from the shop bother to contact me. No updates, no calls, nothing. I came to this shop based on recommendations from locals—but those same people warned me that Bo himself might be retired, and if he was, not to expect much. That warning turned out to be dead on. At this point, it seems this place is only capable of jobs that can be handled by watching a three-minute YouTube tutorial. Totally unprofessional. I’ve wasted over two weeks on empty promises and radio silence.

We took my son's car out there 3 times. Never again!!! Bo does not own this place anymore by the way. However, they are still using his name on the building. The first time, it had an oil leak, and the car was going dead. We paid $475 to have the oil leak fixed the first time and we were told the oil probably leaked on the alternator and that was what was causing the car to go dead. When we got the car back, it still had an oil leak, and the car was still going dead. The second time, we paid $750 because they said it needed a new oil filter housing and that's what was causing the continued leak the second time. They said they cleaned the alternator and removed any oil that may have gotten on the alternator causing it to stall out. Both times we got the car back it still had leaks and both times the car would still stall out. I talked to Tanner the new owner and he tried to tell me my son said he hit something in the road that caused the second oil leak after we got it back the first time. My son said he never said anything like that to Tanner. Either way, we shouldn't have gotten back a car with the oil still leaking the first time we got it back. Don't take your cars to these clowns! They want the money but not the work! We could barely tell they did anything to the car.

Won't use their service again if I knew what the cost was going to be for one coil pack and installation. I would of done it myself especially since I took it to them in the first place to put my original coils and sparks on a year ago to find out they broke a connector to the coil and hid by putting a zip tie together with the connector. They just charged me 300 for 1 coil that cost 40 and to install it. Poor excuse of a service.

Stay away from this place! No experience and they like to continuously run "diagnostics" to make you think they are really doing something when they are just replacing parts trail and error style that you could do yourself. We was told they would find out what the problem was before it costed us anymore money, well a new alternator and and some spark plugs later they still didn't fix the problem and was still guessing. Wished we would have went somewhere else. Please people stay away from here. I was pretty much guaranteed they would find the problem before it costed me anything and I had enough guessing and went and got it. Bo newsom does not own this place he retired and sold to this bunch of clowns that I wouldn't trust or pay to change air in a tire!!!!

The last review states they were not charged for the diagnostic test. We were charged $50 and given paperwork with no exact diagnosis.

This is the place to go for auto repair needs, good honest people. I had just bought a new for me, 2016 Mercedes SUV with 105,000 miles, that had an engine light come on. I called them, and took it to them. They don’t specialize in Mercedes but do work on them. So when I got there they ran a diagnostic test on it. They found out what the problem was, the EGR system. He recommended I take it to a dealer and see what they said. I did take it to the dealer in Huntsville and it was covered under some extended warranty, I had no knowledge of. Bo’s didn’t charge me anything to run a diagnostic on it and put me in the right direction. The dealer didn’t charge me anything for the repair because it was a warranty item. Just the diagnostic at the dealer is usually $225. A lot of repair shops would’ve charged for the diagnostic and tried to repair it. Bo’s shop is very clean and organized. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity of Bo’s auto repair shop.

I found BosAuto through the Internet. Actually I live in Atlanta and I've only seen the car in photos and videos before it was shipped to Atlanta. Victor helped me a lot. He patiently introduced me to the information of the car and the registration process. This is a great online car shopping experience.

Left my car before Christmas. Just got it back 3/2. Called several times and was told havent looked at car yet.. Asked for estimate before working on car as on fixed income and tight budget. However they completed work on car with noe estimate given. Only replaced gasget around oil filter and riskier for blower motor. And greased front-end. Bill was almost $400. Would not recommend this place. Feel like we were taken advantage of as the car was my widowed mother in law 80 yrs old.

Poor Customer Service. I was treated as if I was a hassle for taking my car to them. Each time I spoke to someone they would act like they had no clue that my car was even on their lot. After a week and a half I decided that I would take my business somewhere else. I showed up to pay any fees that they felt I owed and get the key to my car. I explained why I was there and again he acted like he had no clue about my car. Finally he realized what I was talking about and said we can put a new engine in it if you want. NO THANKS. I would not recommend this shop.

Best place in the WORLD to have your vehicle repaired!!! Bo and the staff are excellent mechanics. They do great work and stand behind it. They stay busy all the time, so don't expect to get your vehicle back tomorrow. However, it's worth the wait! The repairs will be done right. You will get what you pay for!!
