Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere at 7:30 on a Friday night while we were on our way to Talladega. We were anxiety ridden and worried about what type of service would be available that wouldn't require every last penny we had. So we said a prayer and God sent us Jason at Highway Man Towing. From the moment he showed up he put us at ease and we could tell that we were in good hands.
Jason worked all through the night and into the morning to help us get back on the road. He and his family were so kind and went above and beyond to help us. Words can't express how grateful we are for the guardian angels God sent us. You couldn't ask for a better wrecker & mechanic, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

These guys are the most honest and genuine people you will ever meet. My wife and I hit a deer while traveling to Chattanooga. We waited for over 3 hours on the "insurance company's tower". The trooper on site said we are calling dispatch and these are the guys they sent. They picked up the car towed to their shop and then gave a us a ride to a near by hotel. We were completely stranded and needed a way to get a rental car. Since this was spring break weekend all rentals near us were sold out. The owner of this company took time from his family and drove us an hour away to get a rental car. He stayed onsite with us until we were sure we would have a rental. In today's time it was refreshing to come across people that still show care and concern for their fellow man. A simple thank you just doesn't seem to be enough.
We were stranded a couple weeks ago and I was 2 hours from home and 2 hours from my destination. It was really stressful. The first towing company I called didn’t answer and the next one told me it would be a 2 hour wait. Highway Man answered right away and was able to get to us in 20 minutes. Truly a lifesaver. Made the whole experience easier to deal with.

Very rude and unprofessional. And untimely when someone is talking to you on phone it is rude to just hang up. And second I was not the one incarcerated. I was the one paying an increase fee of almost 150$ for a homeless person getting there car back that they live in
BEST towing around. Bar none. Our car broke down today and we called for a tow. When he got there he realized that our issue was a simple one and gave us a temp fix to get us home at no charge! Also thanks to him I know how to fix it myself on the cheap!

I can not say enough good things about this company. He arrived quickly and also helped us get a mechanic so we were back on the road again in a couple hours. He went above and beyond and charged a reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Highway Man Towing. I will make sure everyone we know has his number in their cell phone.
Mike Arrived quickly, was very patient with me having to wait for family to bring me another vehicle and move all my belongings. He was friendly and efficient. I hope I don't break down again but I do, I'm calling highway man towing!

Much thanks to Highway Man Towing. We got a flat tire on I-59 on the way back from Birmingham to Cleveland, TN. We had no idea where to go for a new tire. It was in the evening and everything was closed. Highway Man towed us to a shop that would open early the next morning, AND then took us to a nearby hotel that allowed pets. Again, Thank You for going above and beyond.
