First place I called when my Dad broke down outside of town driving back to Mass. Immediately sent someone and took him to the next town for repairs. Put this all in perspective, my Dad is 73 and a Vet. I live in Texas. Kept Dad calm until they arrived. Really grateful for the help today.
C.W. McClain Wrecker Service delivered some equipment to my home \ jobsite. They were hauling a roller/compactor and a 22 ton bulldozer. The equipment was very heavy. They were careful on my property. They were very professional. I would use them in the future and would recommend them to any prospective customers.
Mr. C and His company were sent from heaven. They came in at the bottom of the 9th and the bases where loaded. Mr Mc and Wrecker company struck them out and they won. I had a wreck over a week ago and was having trouble finding a ride and these guys stayed after and gave me a ride to the store where I met the person picking me up. They were very nice and took my truck to their junkyard where I came later and got all my stuff out and let them keep the car because it was Salvage. I had lots of cool old pictures hanging up in the shop and it seems that have been around for a long time I have always seen it but never you CW mcclains. It seems like a great local business that he's been around for nearly a century and has all the flavor of a local small town business family ran and friendly
Long story short… McClain’s Wrecker service Rocks! They not only came to our rescue once, but TWICE!
We were headed to Savannah, GA to RV camp for my birthday. We had transmission trouble just outside of ATL & decided to head back home to Spring Hill, TN.
After calling 3 different towing services, the last place referred us to McClain’s. Younger brother McClain, came to get us from the side of Lookout Mountain & towed us into Fort Payne, AL where we stayed the night.
Next day, we asked for help again to get us home.
This time, Casey (older brother), came to our rescue! Loaded our Yukon, towed the RV & gave me, my son & DIL a ride back to my driveway in TN. These guys are amazing and gave us a fair price for such a long haul!

My mom's truck died at Jack's so we called them. They showed up in under 20 minutes, pushed her truck for her, loaded it and gave her a lift home. Seriously great service.
We had some type of luck this past weekend. After our tire blew , the hack broke and we were on the side of the interstate trying to figure out our next step. We found this place on google and the guy was there within 30 minutes. He lifted the truck so we were able to change the tire. I forgot his name but he was awesome.
Amazing work!!! Literally towed my vehicle.from the interstate repaired my tire and had my family back on our way home in less than an hour!! Pricing was completely an amazing deal so thankful!!!!
My wife's car was broke down on 35 east of Little river Canyon. Mc Clain's was the only place to answer the phone out of the 4 I tried. The lady that answered the phone was very courteous and professional. The driver arrived when they estimated and was also very courteous. I could not recommend them more.
