Terrible terrible company. I should’ve stuck with my usual tow guy. I had a box truck towed from Wallace college for 200. Then I had a freak accident and bc I only had liability they charged me $685 to tow the car from shell station on Broad to their tow yard on broad st. Not even a quarter a mile away. They knew I couldn’t afford that so now they take ownership of my car and sell it for way more. Mind you just paid $7000 for the car.

The owner / operator of these rescue wreckers responds to things quickly and does things right. I had engine problems and a local business gave me a hard time about my vehicle in the lot.
I tried multiple services for a tow off the property but these guys were the only ones that said they do it and be right there.
