If this guy offers to fix your car…. DO NOT LET HIM. He will take your money and then avoid all calls. Will not communicate with you, then refuse to give your car back until you pay more money. EXTORTION. I’ve seen his responses to his other bad reviews on here. Don’t believe him. They are true.
Jeff is a super nice guy. He came within a short amount of time, called while he was on his way and gave me an ETA. Got my car unlocked in a few minutes. Good honest guy, good service. Will call him again
After 3 hours of back and forth with AAA, even having the Premier RV membership, they finally went out of network/commercial and contacted All In Towing. The came out in about a hour (11pm) with 2 trucks to winch our 50K pound 45ft Prevost RV back onto the gravel road. I got the passenger side drive tires off the road onto the clay and had no traction to get back on the road. With the typical downslope on the sides of these gravel roads, any efforts I tried made it worse - farther in and deeper down so to speak. According to the AAA dispatcher, none of the other local shops we available until the morning, Earls, Perfect Choice (non-contracted with AAA) and also all the contracted towing companies with AAA who have heavy truck wreckers were unavailable until an unknown time Sunday morning. The other towing companies with the standard 4500/5500 size tow trucks would not tackle the job.
Jeff and Hoss w/All In Towing each showed up with a truck, snatch blocked off a couple of trees , and with a coordinated effort of all 3 of us, the bus was back on the road in about an hour. Good `ole ingenuity and a get it done attitude, is all it took. Yes, 25k pounds combined of tow trucks (2 trucks) pulled a 50k pound Prevost bus RV back on the road - knowing their equipment combined with know how makes all the difference. I thank them again for spending their late Saturday night with me getting me back on the road, literally. Without them we would have been sleeping on a relatively steep incline that the Prevost bus chassis could not level/adjust for. At max adjustment we were still more than a full bubble nose high, this means sliding towards the back of the bus when wearing socks. The world needs a lot more of these guys and their get it done attitude. Both super friendly, polite and easy going. Paying careful attention to not damaging the RV, our persons or anything else for that matter. Great experience all around, I wish AAA called them 3 hours prior while it was still daylight.
Look for the guys in the white trucks with "All In Towing" on the door, they treat you right!
My roommate ran his car off into Smith Lake yesterday afternoon they were pretty easy to get ahold of and took their time to assess the situation before attempting to pull it out but they got it out of the lake smoothly. I recommend them in any situation where you need a wrecker. I'll be calling them for all of my towing services from now on. Y'all did an awesome job and were super nice and respectful also. Thank you for that.

The tow truck driver came to pick me up so I didn't have to walk in the heat to get back to the car. Very professional. Good people. I'll definitely use them again if the need should arise!!!

I recommend All in towing, they are a great company to work with. The prices and rates are fair and they communicate well with me when I use them. I use All In on a professional level and have no doubt that they will be who I will call if I need them on a personal level.
I made an ignorant mistake and they got there within 10 minutes of my call and got my car out of the jam it was in without making me feel any worse about my mistake. Awesome guys and I will call them any time I need help! Price was reasonable as well.

Jeff is a guardian angel. My 79 year old father in law got stuck on icy roads in the middle of no where and Jeff spent several hours communicating with me in Huntsville trying to get my FIL home. Even though Jeff couldn’t get to the location himself he contacted a friend in the area with an ATV. I spoke with several other towing companies that night and Jeff was the only one who even tried to help! Thank you so much for going above and beyond for complete strangers! 5 stars is not enough!
I am really impressed with Jeffrey and his business. He was very kind and willing to help us. He was recommended to me by another wrecker service who did not have chains. If you are stuck on icy roads, he has the equipment to get the job done.

I hate using roadside services offered by my insurance because it usually takes so long. I called these guys first and they were quick to respond, especially so late at night. Professional service. Billed my insurance without any hassle to me. 10/10 recommend.
They were super quick at helping me when I locked my keys in my car at a gas station. And they didn't charge me an arm and a leg either which is honestly the best part. Highly recommend.

I drove wide on my driveway and my left rear tire went off near to culvert. No traction. I called all-in. They had great responce time. Very curtious on the phone and the driver was great. Got me freed up in minutes and fair price. Simply awesome.

A++++. My family and I were traveling from Michigan to Florida when our car broke down. I called and spoke with Jeff, who had a tow truck to us in less than 5 minutes!! They looked at our car on site, stayed with us until we got a rental car lined up, and towed it to their garage. Jeff was able to fix it while we were in Florida, and we pick it up on our way home. Very fair pricing as well. We are so fortunate to have worked with you all, and are so very grateful for all of your help in making this experience far better than it could have been!!!
