Had to deliver a package and the receptionist, Carolyn had a really nasty attitude. Wouldn't look directly at me. When I went to place the package down she said something under her breath and when I asked what she said she just muttered "Whatever, it's fine" impatiently. When I had to ask for her signature she asked me what the package was, but I have no way of knowing what is inside the box, so I told her I don't know. She signed and as I was leaving she made some quiet comments about being unprofessional and locked the door behind her.
