These guys were great in helping my family through a trying time. We happened to be in a serious accident heading home from vacation and Baker's was both friendly and helpful in getting us our belongings and working with our insurance.
They towed my car on the Saturday night before Easter Sunday. They were closed on Easter Sunday ,therefore I couldn't get my car . I was unable to attend our family Easter. I was charged for the storage of the car on Easter tho...Just a needless use of power,and a cruel inflation of prices.it cost nearly 300$to get my car back!!
These people were nothing but rude to me on the phone when I called, responding "What do you want." I then asked if she spoke to all her customers that way and she responded "How about I just hang up on you?" No apology, no remorse. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!
