Extremely kind and helpful, by phone and when I got there in-person. I called looking for a used part. They verified they had it. Gave it to me for a very good price. I drove 2 hours there to get it because no salvage yard anywhere closer had the part from a 1980's vehicle except them. Great people.
Provided a mix of older original and repro parts so I could convert my Mustang from auto to manual transmission. I live about an hour away, and it so happened they were in the area, so they hand delivered my parts. Can't get any better than that.
Go out of there way to help with what ever you need. Have done more for us than any place I know would do. Definitely an asset to the area. Have saved us from some bad situations that would have been very difficult to get to other resources to fix. Always been willing to help out.
Not the easiest place to find, but great selection and incredible customer service. Go see Al, he's one of the most helpful sales rep/technicians that I've ever met. Well worth the drive, for personal service. I'm a loyal customer, for sure!
