My truck broke down and I gave them a call. Customer service was great. It took about 15 min from my phone call to them arriving. The price was a lot cheaper than I expected. Happily surprised! Thank you. Definitely the best tow company I've ever used.

I got hit at UNA parking lot by a non-licensed international student. Mr. Danny helped me out effectively with a reasonable price. His team includes a lot of good and kind people. My car was fixed perfectly even more beautiful before the accident happen.
Strongly recommend people, especially international students to come to see and talk to Mr. Danny when accidents happen!
WATCH OUT! They’ll charge you as much as they can. Instead of winching me out (as I requested), they did something else so they could charge more. Shady!
Roadside Assistance asked for a tow, and was originally accepted by Teaks Wrecking. After a four-hour wait, with zero contact, they canceled my tow request. I called Simpsons and they made it to me in less than 30 minutes. 5 stars, will forever use this company.
Had a tree limb put a couple dents in hood of car. They scheduled me about a month out. Took it in on that day, had it back on day three. Did a great job.
Got side swiped by a rig; Simpson’s was there to help. The results were amazing. Not only did they make the car look the same, but everything looks BETTER than it was before. Talk to Chris. He even offered me a free alignment, which I’ll be taking advantage of. He will make sure everything is as it needs to be. Man, I can’t recommend this shop enough!

Went in for an estimate on a minor bumper repair. Came away with it fixed at no charge. Who else would take care of their customers like that? Great place!
As a former 22-year career police officer, I have called for MANY wreckers to tow vehicles in my years. This time it was my car and Simpson's was superbly awesome!! Once I called, a driver was there in like five minutes and the nice lady I spoke with over the phone handled the situation that came up and was amazing! The driver was very friendly, professional, and excellent at his job! I am VERY PLEASED with Simpson's!!!
My car was dead on the side of the road. My husband and I had called roadside assistance through our insurance and had no communication with them. We finally called Simpson’s and they told us they could bill our insurance! They were there within the hour (would have been sooner but we were all the way in Russellville) and were great. So thankful for them after spending three hours on the side of the road!!
We booked a tow service but somehow their computer didn't book it. They sent somebody right away to our aid. It is difficult being stranded on the road with 2 children, but these guys went above and beyond to help us. Thanks again! We appreciate everything. God bless.
This business treated me like a 5 star customer so I gave them a 5 star rating. My initial cost for towing was $75.00 and I expected to pay at least $100. Due to unpredicted issues, my tow driver didn't arrive within the time frame I was given. When my driver arrived I was told that there would be no charge for my tow. My service was as professional as one that was paid. I wish I had gotten the drivers name.
It's simple. I needed a vehicle towed. I needed it taken from one location to another. They told me how much. They kept their word on cost. Took it to where I needed it. Accepted multiple forms of payment. Showed up promptly. I'm happy with the services rendered. I will use their services again if I need it.

My truck got into a very unfortunate collision. I sent it over there because I had a few wonderful experiences with them before. I was worried about the damaged left-rear wheel after the accident. They fixed my truck while there were so many vehicles at the same time. Once they have finished with mine, but I was not very satisfied with some job performances. I sent it back without any question asked and fixed it right away to perfection. I couldn’t be a happier customer when I came back and picked it up for the second time. My truck looks brand new again as it has not been in an accident before! Be sure to see Dave Bell if you are not satisfied with any job on your vehicle, and he will take care of it for you in no time. He is a sweet and great guy! Also, he is a great listener! Be sure to be patient with them because they are so busy with so many collided vehicles daily.
I had called twice to get a quote on a tow, same number both times. They completed the job well and in a timely manor, but charge over $100 more than they said they would.
Good if you're in a pinch, not as great if you're on a budget.
Very fast response, driver was very friendly and professional. Hope I don't need it anytime soon but next time I need a tow, I'll be calling them again.
My car broke down around 1:30 in the morning. They arrived in a timely manner and got my car moved to the dealership. They then picked up my car and brought it to my house. I would use them again if I needed to.
I have used Simpson's several times the last couple of years and they have done great work each time. David , one of their adjusters has really ben a pleasure to work with. He is friendly and very professional. Their body shop work is perfect, looks like new every time. THANKS TO ALL.
Slow response and over priced. Driver was very friendly though. They charged $65 for 6 miles one week and 2 weeks later wanted $120 for 3 miles in the same area. It was also going to be several hours because they were hauling firework stands. I guess money takes priority over a stranded motorist. I contacted another towing company and they charged half that and was there within 15 minutes
My mother was involved in a car wreck that was the other ladies fault. The other lady ran a stop sign. The other ladies insurance company did not return calls from Simpson's and they didn't pay the full amount that it took to fix my mother's car. After repeated phone calls Simpson's repaired my mother's car and they were not paid the full amount. They fixed her car anyway! I bet no other wrecker service would fix a car and not get paid the full amount. These people are great!! Friendly, understanding and caring people. I would highly recommend them!!
We had a very good experience at Simpson's. Another repair shop couldn't work us in for a month. We needed the car back in about a week for a planned out of town hospital visit. It was finished by then. We even had enough time left to get the headlights readjusted. Three years ago we used another collision shop (unnamed in this review). Took them 4 months to get it right.
