You can park overnight it’s all dirt parking they have portable toilets that look like they don’t get cleaned that often for dock doors 1 and 2 only has one person unloading one truck at a time
Scaling in and out is a big cluster the whole place is very disorganized
Shipper in Dallas took forever to load me and made me late on delivery. Since I missed the delivery appointment they have me waiting all day to unload now. Do not recommend. Also sign say use channel 17 or to call the posted number to check in. They don’t answer the phone and you’ll have to walk up past the scales to check in 😒
Definitely was concerned about the bad reviews maybe I got lucky...broker lied about appointment time however arrived 2.5 hours earlier took me right away not much delay was in and out about 1.5 but Definitely Definitely dusty as hell lol
Only receive by appointments, don’t come early to waste your elog time, first park in the truck parking lot area then go to receiving office with del papers for check in, and when then call you pull over on the scale and go inside with papers, they assign you a dock, once empty go back again on same scale & go inside for receive a delivery signed papers. Parking & Portal restroom available on site.
I had a good experience. Yes parking lot it’s not great. But I had a 1030 appt. Checked in at 0739 and was out by 0815. Just call and they will get you out as soon as they can. Receiving last was very helpful and nice.
Fix your potholes. You receive loads 42k+ trucks are 77-79k. Absolutely horrible parking lot. Prepare to drive through or around and listening to you sides scraping against the ground
Don't come here early! They go strictly by appointment. There is no chance they will unload before appointment time. Even if there is no other truck in a mile radius. If you are 5 min late, they will refuse to receive. Parking lot is a very dusty dirt lot with massive crators. Be very slow and careful. Of course there are no proper bathrooms. But portable toilets are decent. Love's is 8 miles away.
By appointment, came here last night, checked in first thing in the morning and had to wait till 1pm. Parking is moon landing craters so be ready to find a truck wash .
My Appointment was set at 5pm got here around 4:30 pm , check in i got on the scale, after that they give me a dock and I was unloaded in 45 minutes, not bad at all thanks guys
Horrible place to do a delivery. I arrived a day early and their place was not full at all. A couple of trucks on the yard nothing crazy and the lady at the office told me I had to wait until the next day for my appointment. I was the first one to checked in at 6 o’clock the next day and I’m still waiting to get unloaded. Trucks that arrived later than me the day before and slept on the yard are getting unloaded before me. This is ridiculous. These places need to respect the time of the drivers and not make us wait until they feel is the right time to get unloaded. Hopefully I won’t be back to this place.
One of the worst places for truckers to deliver the load, guys be careful, the broker tell you it's a blind shipment don't take it, horrible horrible place. If you late few hours they will ask you to get rescheduled and the other side broker will not get the appointment very next day, I have to wait 5 days to reschedule.
Worst delivery ever i have the appointment of 0800 , checked in at 0810 . They say you are late and wait till we give you a call its been 9 hrs and still waiting. Plus they are rude.
Horrible, horrible & did I say HORRIBLE! AVOID AT ALL VOSTS IF POSSIBLE.RECEIVING GUY IS RUDE, MISGUIDING DRIVERS AROUND THE PLANT PUTTING THEM IN DANGEROUS SITUATIONS NOT GIVING CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS THEN SITS BACK LAUGHING WATCHING DRIVERS TRYING TO GET OUT OF THE SITUATION HE PUT THEM IN. I PERSONALLY SEEN HIM DO IT 3 DRIVERS TYING OTHER DRIVER'S UP WASTING OUR CLOCKS. THE PLACE IS TRASH SHARP METAL EVERYWHERE TRUCKS STRANDED WITH FLAT TIRES AFTER COMING HERE. BEWARE!!!!
This place is terrible. I have run more than a dozen loads into this place. Every single time they off ice here tells me my appointment is one hour later than the broker has in his RC. They’re liars, it’s a dust fest of a garbage parking lot and they take more than two hours to unload ever single time. Do not recommend.

Never get load to this facility fron Venture Connect Llc they will give you wrong all numbers and at rate con they will give you empty cans but in real they will make you loaded metal scrap so never back in with venture.
My appointment was 915am arrived the night before let me stay on the lot overnight check in at 6am and got called to scale and unload at 730am

Horrible experience. Not for rookies. Tight scale. Plus all the lot is scattered with bits and pieces of metal. Watch out for your tires. Long check in and check out process. They also damaged my trailer and are very slow at sending someone out. Still waiting. Already lost a load because of them. Stay away from this place.
