I paid over $300 upfront when the incident initially unfolded, and waited nearly three hours with no confirmed tow, no clear updates, and no idea what was actually happening. It was late. I was alone. And it was incredibly stressful.
When Call Christopher Wrecker Service finally got involved, everything shifted.
The owner personally stepped in and advocated for me to make sure I actually received the service I had already paid for. After hours of getting nowhere, having someone take responsibility and fight to get things moving meant more than I can explain. That kind of integrity and willingness to help is rare. He treated me with the kindness and support I needed in such an unsure and vulnerable situation, and he worked directly with the insurance company, who kept saying they were “looking for a provider,” when Call Christopher actually made it happen.
They arrived close to midnight and handled everything calmly and professionally. I finally felt safe and taken care of.
