Unethical Billing, Hostage Tactics — Trucking Companies Beware
This review reflects our direct documented experience with this company.
We hired them for load shift / freight rework services. In three recorded calls, we confirmed a rate of $750 per hour.
Driver arrived 9:00 AM and they did not start working until 9:20 AM. The job was fully completed by 11:40 AM — a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes.
Despite this, they invoiced us for 4 full hours + $100 for lumber = $3,100.
When we questioned the invoice and asked for clarification, we were told “That’s the price — pay now” with no explanation and no breakdown. They then physically blocked our semi-truck at their yard, stating that if we didn’t pay immediately, they would add even more charges for our truck being there.
In our professional opinion, this is predatory, unethical, and completely unprofessional. There is no way to avoid this kind of treatment except by not using them at all.

Great service. Joe the tow operator did a fantastic job. He was professional and courteous. Joe came in the middle of the night, in the rain and pulled our car out of a ravine. Plus, he was just a nice guy.
The driver was our angel today! We broke down on I65/Clanton and traffic was terrible. Out of nowhere we see a wrecker as he put his lights on and pulled in behind us. We are very thankful for this angel getting us out of harms way in the pouring rain!!
Kevin was my recovery driver and he was excellent and has great communication and they have fair rates . Will definitely recommend them to others great company.

Yesterday Joe delivered an air compressor to our job site in Auburn Alabama. He was awesome! He arrived when he said he would. It took no time to unload and he was an awesome guy!!
I truly hope that all of the staff is as professional and kind as TAYLOR I sat on side of the road for over 4 hrs in this scorching ALABAMA heat I called Kirkland wrecker service Taylor showed up within 5 mins got me off the side of the road and made me look at the situation from another outlook which calmed me cause I was furious THANK YOU TAYLOR!

These guys are true pros. Timothy showed up right when dispatch said he would be there and got to work. I was .25 miles from the car repair drop-off when I broke down so he helped me troubleshoot a problem to help me avoid any unnecessary costs. When it didn't workout in my favor, he hooked me up quickly. These guys are doing it right. I highly recommend.
