Drive the extra distance to a store that wants your business. Whomever the lady with the floor manager duties is doesn’t care about you. When I arrived one guy was helping two customers. She was behind the computer seeming to be looking something up, which left me patiently waiting. She then walked to the back and started talking to someone while two more people arrived and waited. One departed after about 5-7minutes. The guy who was working finished with the other customers and called me forward. I asked for a discount and he asked her for her login info to verify my account. She finished with a customer, grabbed another, started working on something else while the guy left to help some other folks. There I sat, at the register waiting for the discount to be applied, an additional 20 minutes of my life wasted, staring at the payment machine while she stood there ignoring the paying customers again. I hope OReilly’s watches the store video for how many people just ended up leaving today.

I was helped immediately after entering the store. The two employees up front were very friendly and willing to help. Martin provided excellent customer service and really helped me out with the part I needed for my car. Awesome job fellas! Thank you!

They were not that helpful. They used Covid 19 as an excuse not to help me read the codes for my check engine light in the car, but they could have stood outside the car and helped to read the codes. I even had to Google the codes myself to find out what was going on. It used to be where they'd read your check engine light codes and they'd give you a printout of what comes up. I guess no such service for certain people anymore. Maybe I didn't fit their criteria

Christopher at the Lanett location of O'reilly's went out of his way to make sure I bought the right bulb for my brake light. Not only did he figure out which bulb I needed, he installed it for me even though it was raining outside! Wow! Amazing customer service, good prices, always have what I need.

Sale woman on cell phone never put it down. She is really rude..act like I was getting on her nerves interrupting her conversation. Never shop there again.

Demetrius was such a great example of customer service and decent humanity in general. My car was literally acting possessed and I pulled in right before closing the night before Thanksgiving. He dropped everything and figured out what was wrong, fixed it, and showed me how to fix it if it ever happened again. He was so polite and professional and deserves some recognition!

They Tested battery and said it was bad. Purchased a battery for $148.00. The next day found out it was alternator. They refused to let me return the battery. One of the ladies that works there was very arrogant!!! Will never go back. Not only that it was the wrong battery it didn't fit.

I think they should change the name to o'smileys in honor of Donna G. She is always so friendly,helpful and full of knowledge. She is dedicated to this company for sure, 15 years with the same company is almost unheard of these days. Especially with all the factories around. O'Riley's I think y'all should dedicate one day a year to Donna O'smiley; )..she's one helluva woman. #O'SMILEYS

The people at this store went above and beyond to help me out when I was stranded on the side of I 85. I was 6.5 miles away, no taxis available to take me into town, and I had a horse in the trailer that I could not leave alone on the side of the highway. The manager at the store was kind enough to send someone out with the products I needed. I have never been more impressed with the customer service at an auto parts store, and I will shop at O'Reillys in the future!
