If I could I would leave a zero star. I called roadside assistance and they got twin Creeks said they would be there in 35 minutes. Well I gave them an hour and a half. So called roadside assistance back and the driver told them that they tired calling me few times, when they didn't. So they just didn't show up. Thanks for letting me sit there waiting for an hour and a half. So if you don't want to sit and wait for them to never show up go ahead use this bad company. This is an edit I guess I wasn't clear they lied and said they called me a few times but they never did call me but lied and said they did. I called the office the next day and told them the driver lied and the very rude Karen acted like it wasn't a big deal that the driver lied. So I'm guessing it happens a lot with them.

I was truly a lady in distress when my crew cab dually threw a serpentine belt! Twin Creeks Towing sent me a hero in the person of Corey Frost. He arrived quickly and was respectful of both my vehicle and myself. I can't say enough how glad I am it was he who came to my rescue! I also had the pleasure of meeting his brother in law, Johnny, who also works for Twin Creeks. If these guys show up to tow your vehicle, you may rest assured they are the best! Thanks, guys!!

Called them on a wet Sunday, dispatcher said the driver would call me, stepped outside 2 mins later, and he pulled up. He was coming from another call. It was like magic...lol. It was awesome. Everything went smoothly. The tow truck guy was unbelievable. I was standing in the cold and it said they would not get to me for 58 minutes. He came in 7 minutes. Open my car in less than a minute. Very grateful to him and the Triple AAA team. Thank you so much!

AAA does not offer battery sales in this part of the state. Something that needs to be addressed. I like the interstate batteries they use to carry. Tech was great but had to go elsewhere for a battery.

I think I contacted AAA around 11:30 & they showed up at 1:30. Had requested a tow before 3. Got notified they were on their way. Guy was fast & friendly… 2nd time I’ve used This towing company with great results !
