I recently rented a storage unit at this location and immediately fell in love with the size per cost and especially the hospitality. It's a family run facility and they make you feel like family also.
We were traveling through Alabama heading home to Arkansas when about 10 miles east of Union Springs, we had a tire blowout. We contacted Charles, who even though he was dealing with a family medical situation, arranged a tow for us into Montgomery. The tow driver, Justin, arrived right when Charles said he would and towed our vehicle the 50 miles to Montgomery. Both gentlemen were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They saved us a lot of grief on a rainy night in the middle of nowhere. We highly recommend using this Company.
It was expensive. I had vehicle towed to my parents house which was super close. We have a 20 foot flat bed trailer. It only needed to be towed a very short distance. Once there, my step-dad asked them to take it on to my house which was a little further. They had not unloaded. Charged $525 total. $375 for initial part and 150 more to carry on. I do not recommend. This is not the first time that I had to have something towed.
