Beware: People need to know my car was towed. I called right after he got to the shop with my car. Lady we don’t have your car. Lie #1. He said the other guy is out don’t know what he is bringing in. Lie#2 They hid my car in back of their buildings. Called next mourning want to pick up my. Reply Lady I don’t know about your car call my boss. Lie #3 I get his boss politely I ask about my car. I ask about do you take debit or credit cards oh my square don’t work half the time it will be cash. Go that mourning pick my car up the secretary was the nicest and honest person in this place. She looks mam we don’t have your car. Nicely I know you do about that time the old boss we got it. So for 16 hours and 21 minutes he charged $ 350 cash. Had no legal record of my car. Lie we saw them and made sure no paper trail for his money. Does he run this wrecker on cash only. He needs to be checked out. He trains his workers to lie to people and since he didn’t want a paper trail. What kind of business does he do on the side cash only. He can’t come back and say this is wrong I have a witness that saw my car but also heard what his workers said. The worst people I have dealt with in my life.
Tri-State Wrecker absolutely saved our vacation. We had a blowout in a very remote part of Alabama. Unfortunately, our spare tire requires a special set of lugnuts that wasn't in the vehicle, so we were stranded. Our insurance company could not find anyone in network, so we called Tri-State. LaJuan was fast to respond and had us picked up in no time. He was a life saver and we're very grateful. High recommend. Nice folks and very responsive.
My son's car wouldn't start. His warranty company contacted Tri-State. Once contacted, they arrived quickly. The driver was friendly and professional. He got my son's car loaded up and strapped down quickly. He was on his way to Dothan in just a few minutes. I can't speak to pricing as my son's extended warranty paid for the tow.
Horrible place, they only do online appointments but don't understand how to check or make online appointments. Had to wait 4 days to get my car because they held it for maximum pay out.
Our family had a car breakdown on the way to the beach as the sun was setting and we were in the middle of nowhere. We had three children with us and it was a very stressful experience. This wrecker service was quick as could be and able to give us a ride to the nearest auto parts store before they closed. Super friendly and honestly a lifesaver - thank you so much for the great service!

Called at 750pm after hitting a pot hole in Georgetown and blowing a tire. My car has a specialty tire that wasn’t readily available. Also, price was $75 less than the first person I called. Tow driver drove from Eufala and was there within 20 minutes. We were home within the hour. Great customer service experience with this company, highly recommend to anyone in need of a quick & reliable towing company.

After a minor accident, got the radiator busted.. could not try driving the car to service and called tri state on sunday evening (easter day).. they picked up the phone and promised to be available next day at 7.30 and they kept the time.. Sharp at 7.30, they were there to tow my car to Jim whaley and he did not leave just right then.. the driver came down to shop to check if they will fix a radiator issue for me and if not he was ready to tow to another station.. He was kind and helpful for the entire time.. really appreciate promptness and making sure customer is taken care!!
The best towing company ever in my opinion . My 2009 Yukon was stuck so bad that 6 Dpt Sheriffs from Henry county Al . couldn't find it or me for over 3 days after I gave up he recovered my truck and took it to my shop personally . So that being said , best towing company in the Deep South East ever , thanks Mark , my hat's off to you buddy , Eric Daughtry
After having a MAJOR auto collision, it was surely a breath of fresh air to meet a business owner who was GENUINELY concerned about my well-being more than collecting a towing fee. This place is TOP NOTCH !
