Just got help from Cameron at this location and he was awesome. We got the wrong part to start on an engine in a crossover year so we went back and he did some great quick work to find a unique part and had it delivered to his location. 5 stars to Cameron!

Had a nail in my tire. Had been driving around with it and was coming from Florida. Didn’t realize how low the tire was until I looked after stopping in Alabama. Cameron and Josh were amazing and so helpful! Got a plug put in it and air back in my tire. I can’t say enough about these two guys. They will help any way they possibly can. I greatly appreciate all they did because I could’ve been stuck trying to figure out what to do at night. Thank you guys! You’re both awesome!

Horrible and I MEAN horrible customer service every time I’ve dared walk in. It’s like they have never heard of customer service. Rude. Never going back. Too much competition to put up with that nonsense.

I was shopping near by and came out to a flat. I used my portable compressor and soon found a leak on the tread. Luckily the auto shop was just across the lot. I drove in with a deflating tire and thankfully Josh had the time and was kind enough to plug the leak for me.

Great people. Replaced my battery!

Stopped by to get my battery tested and replaced. They just handed me a tester and tools and said here you go. Spend your money where you are appreciated.

All the staff is amazing! Josh is very helpful and knowledgeable. He shows nothing but compassion and kindness to customers and made a very stressful week come to an end with ease. Thank you all very much!

For the local Door Dashers in the area if you go here to pickup orders and deliver to a mechanic shop just a friendly warning Advance Auto is the one who places the order and they will not give you a tip. Three different times, first time was an entire brake system. Jeremy himself proudly admitted to not tipping.

This review goes out specifically to Josh at the store on Gulf Shores Pkwy. I cannot thank you enough for helping me out last Sunday, 7-13-25, when my car overheated and I was stranded with 3 kids and a 3 1/2 hour drive home. It must have been 100 degrees at least and my car overheated....I was blessed to have been allowed to wait inside at the Emergency Care Clinic, but had no way to get to the store to purchase coolant. Josh was kind enough to bring me a gallon and fill it up for me. I followed him back to the store to pay for it and purchased another gallon just in case I needed it on my trip home & Stewart was kind enough to give me a little discount as well. Both were so very kind & attentive, something you do not see very often anymore!! Josh went above and beyond and I can't say thank you enough!!! Just so you know....I did have a hole in my radiator, but made it all the way home and drove up in my drive before it started running hot again....nothing short of a miracle & my sweet little savior Josh!! Advanced Care you should be very proud of him....I know you will forever have my business!!

Elizabeth and Stewart are absolutely amazing! They saved us on our 4th of July vacation! We purchased a battery from another location and they were able to replace it since it was faulty. I would highly recommend them 100% on customer service. Working on the 4th of July with absolutely no complaints just amazing customer service. I appreciate them making our 4th of July absolutely PERFECT. Thank you 😊

Tyler was great ! My car has has trouble starting for two weeks now and I was scared it was a starter . He tested the battery for me and that was the problem. He even changed the battery out for me and the problem was over ! 10/10 best experience!

I had a problem with my car not starting and had to get it jumped off. I went to the local AAP store at 8pm. They thoroughly diagnosed my problem, had a new battery put in and out the door before 8:30pm. Thank you Corey and Tyler for your friendly, knowledgable customer service! I now feel safer knowing if I have car problems, they can help me or steer me in the right direction.

I bought a steering wheel cover and couldn't manage to put it on. I really wanted it so two guys came out and did all they could to get it on my steering wheel!!! They were very helpful and nice!!. The best customer service I have had in a while. I love my new steering wheel cover!!. I definitely will return for any parts I need in the future!!.

Best service I have ever received from a parts store. I had no idea what to do and they would not stop until my car was fixed. I am still amazed at the level of service I received. You rarely see this anymore. I am a single woman traveling alone and they were so respectful and acknowledged my situation and made a decision to figure out the problem. I will forever be in debt to these wonderful men. Also the man that fixed my car and had me out of there in an hour. He came right away and did wonderful.

I've probably bought parts from here a half dozen times, and 2 of those times i got parts that did not fit. Vehicle information was given and supposed to be an exact fit. One was a fuel filter for a Sprinter. The other was heater core line for Chevy. Both were shipped to me and neither was even close. I assume this is a problem with the entire company's system in general.

Kind staff, always polite.

So thankful for the service I received from RICK. I not only needed a battery replaced I also needed to remedy a battery terminal that was so full of corrosion that it took significant extra effort to remove the cable. Rick went the extra mile to take care of both issues. So thankful!

I had a very good experience in the store here. Tyler was very helpful and told me about the Advance Care Plus program and it seemed like a really good deal. And he put my wiper on with ease. And everyone in the store was very knowledgeable on helping me fund what I needed. Very good crew!!
