If I could give 100 stars I would. My husband, 4 children and I were on the side of the road in Daphne. The screw for the air bleeder on the fuel filter cracked. we called so many other parts stores looking for the part, but the oreillys in fairhope had it. Petie confirmed he had it in his hand! My husband told him we were at a gas station with the kids and we would uber over there to get it. He told us no, he would drive from the store in fairhope and bring us the part. Petie deserves a raise! Not many places have customer service like this! Thank you so much Petie!
Edit: About an hour after we left, and the truck was fixed, Petie called to check on us make sure we got back on the road! Such a great experience! All my money would go to this oreillys if we lived here.
Mixed feelings and mixed reviews.
The guy that checked the battery levels and helped change the battery out was very nice and willing. He asked one of the other guys about changing the battery out and proceeded to do so even turned down a tip. Great guy but the next day...
I had the new battery installed in preparation for a 5 hour trip out of town to receive and award at a gala. Upon my first stop on my drive the vehicle would not start. Fortunely AAA was called and they arived after about 50 mins. However he told me there was nothing that he could do. The bracket around the battery post was not tightened and it looked like there was a part missing. Needless to say the part was missing, as in gone but the manager at this location was able to manipulate it so that I could continue my drive.
I was too late for my event. I was able to grab my recognition ad that was it. I had to wait and post so I wouldn't be reviewing totally out of my emotions. It would have been a 1.
I just wanted to brag on Pres and Delwin from store 4676 in Fairhope, AL. We were on our anniversary trip and had a dead battery at 8pm. We were able to get it jumped and to O’Reilly’s, but it was close to 8:30 by the time we got there, and they closed at 9. I felt bad asking them to change out a battery so close to closing, but they didn’t mind at all. Awesome customer service and great guys!
Very disappointed. I went there to have my battery tested (purchased from them)because my car wouldn’t start without a jump. They told me it wasn’t the battery. Tested the alternator instead and said it was bad. Same day car wouldn’t start with a jump. Had it towed to repair shop. Alternator was fine, had a bad battery!! Ended up costing me a lot of exta $$, aggravation and time.
They are always on their game. Went up there for them to check the alternator and check the battery. Battery was bad so I bought another and they changed it for me because I didn't have my tools right there. They are awesome up there.
Lucky to find this whole team! Ian helped me find and replace my battery. He went above and beyond when we hit a few hurtles b/c of corroded connectors, etc. Really friendly bunch of guys. Lots of knowledge in this one location. Gained a customer for life. Will be back for any automotive needs.
Called a couple times into the store to speak Ricky about a couple parts. Semi helpful but couldn't tell us a size and recommend we bring it in. So we bring the part in. With 10 seconds of walking in Ricky says he can't help us and he can't tell us the size. Also proceeds that everything has to be bought from the dealership.
Ignore Ricky's negativity, Sage proceeds to help us with the parts we needed and recommend rational places locally to get the other we did! Fantastic help. All the while Ricky is looking up and tell us how expensive all the new dealership parts are. Sage again directs us to getting parts used and cheaper!

Five stars for O’Reilly in Fairhope. I would give 10 stars if available. So, a week ago I took my car to Wal Mart in Fairhope on my way home that night from work as my tail light and headlight on one side both went out. It was raining hard and dark out; I already have bad night blindness so I had to have the bulbs fixed ASAP. I pulled into Wal Mart ( I know, moronic move on my behalf) thinking they could easily repair a bulb as they have in the past. After 45 minutes they told me they stuck new bulbs in and it wouldn’t work; that I had a fuse blown on the right side of my car and they couldn’t help me. I left upset and nervous as I had no way to get back to Foley other than to drive myself in the dark with it pouring down rain. Needless to say, by the time I hit Foley I received a warning about having a headlight out. Understandable. Wanting to avoid any more complications I took the car to O’Reillys’ on my next off day. They checked each fuse not once but twice and none were blown! They stuck a new bulb in and BAM! Lights worked just fine!!! Thank you O’Reilly for actually helping me and not just lying to me and turning me away as Wal-Mart done to me. It took next to no time to do and VERY reasonably priced for the bulbs. Thanks to y’all, I was able to get to/from work now without any trouble. The staff was incredibly polite and the store was very clean. Overall excellent service and I will only trust O’Reilly from here out!
Awesome service. Opened up the door for me even though it was 5 minutes after closing. That kind of service goes a long way when you have been under the car for the last two hours just to find out you are missing a part at the last minute.
What an awesome group of guys taking care of their customers, and treating folks right. My Sister's tail light went out and I am from out of town visiting my Mom in Thomas Hospital. I had no tools and just wanted to get it done for her. Called Advance Auto Parts and their customer service stunk...Advance said, when I asked if they could help replacing the bulb, "we sale bulbs not replace them". I then called Oreilly Auto Parts, talked to Jamey, and he said, "come on down we'll take care of you"...Got there and Chase grabbed 2 tail light bulbs, slapped 'em on, and was professional and delightful. Oreilly Auto Parts just won my family's business for life. And well, as for Advance, I'll drive by your store, are just stop in and ask were the closest Oreilly's is...
Chris the ISS is extremely knowledgeable, and knows the entire running of the store inside and out. If you have an interesting or difficult issue with any vehicle, he's your man.
They are very good and seem to know what they are talking about most of the time. They are a little high on some of their stuff but you get good service
