Very helpful staff. Always my go to place for parts when I'm in Fairhope

Great experience at this location. Battery died on Sunday and brought my car in to get a new battery. Andrew took care of us and installed a new battery in a matter of minutes. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

I've visited this location several times over the years, and I keep going back to them because the people are truly helpful. I never feel like I'm inconveniencing them with my automotive "quests" and my seemingly endless questions, and more often than not, they've gone the extra mile to help. I've never had a bad experience with any team member there. Most notably, Scott has been consistently helpful and real with his answers and advice. I don't feel that I'm being sold a part just to make a sale. They are knowledgeable folks who really "give a heck" and are doing their best for their customers.

Quick and helpful service. Installed my new wipers without my asking.

Horrible customer service. Not friendly, asked about what kind of oil my car needed. He seemed annoyed that he had to help me. Also said he couldn't help with assisting with putting the oil in the vehicle. Which every location besides this Advance has helped me with all kinds of things dealing with the many cars I have. Never going to this location again.

Dropped in to get new windshield wipers and service was top notch.

When 99% of your staff either doesn't tip or tips $1 on their food delivery it makes me not want to support your business. That's why I go to O'Riley's. Quit wasting my time and gas

Brought my car by had a light on. Tech comes to look at my car and somehow in the midst of it all loosens my battery cables on accident. When I tried to start my car it wouldn’t start. I went back in and asked him to take a look. He said “well nothing I did would have caused that” he came back out and wiggled the cables a little bit it cranked right up. I then took my car to sweat tire where they properly tightened my cables. Very poor customer service

I had to buy motor oil. My brother said the car was 2quarts low. I went in and bought what what I was told to buy, I told the sales clerk that I didn't have a clue where to put the oil..He said no problem.. He came out and put the oil in for me.,He was very kind. I am very thankful.

The young men that work there were very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Andrew. He diagnosed my problem and replaced my battery.

Ordered a replacement battery online, ready right away. Got there, Adam had it ready to go for me and swapped it out in a couple minutes. I couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I made an online order, and after shopping, stopped by a little and it was already done. People are great, selection in-store and online is great, but prices are a little high compared to online stores. For a local shop, it's great.

Staff was very helpful. We blew a tire while visiting Fairhope and had to drive here and luckily were able to use the tools with no cost to put on a spare tire. The employees even helped and we were able to get back safely.

Went a back twice to one store , and then went to the other one , to get the right belt and a map of how it went on , friendly, and helpful

Fantastic customer service. I have been dealing with an autozone screw up for two weeks, and these guys had me set within 10 minutes. Absolutely love it. Will not go anywhere else.

Typical Advance Auto store. If you want something, you can almost always get it cheaper online by ordering it on Advance Auto's website for in-store pickup; they always have discount coupons. My only complaint is their free OBD scanner does not have ABS capability.

My Sister's tail light went out and I am from out of town visiting my Mom in Thomas Hospital. I had no tools and just wanted to get it replaced & done for her. Called Advance Auto Parts and their customer service stunk...Advance said, when I asked if they could help replacing the bulb, "we sale bulbs not replace them". I then called Oreilly Auto Parts, talked to Jamey, and he said, "come on down we'll take care of you"...Got there and Chase grabbed 2 tail light bulbs, slapped 'em on, and was professional and delightful. Oreilly Auto Parts just won my family's business for life. And well, as for Advance, I'll drive by your store, are just stop in and ask were the closest Oreilly's is...

Excellent service 99% of the time. Great service takes time, but it is worth the wait (if any). Usually have what I need and ordered in parts in reasonable time when not in stock.

Staff are professional and educated. Highly reccomend over O'Reilly' s!!! These guys go the extra mile and they price match.

My family and I were traveling to Fairhope, AL for a couple of days. I ran into an emergency where the rear seat belt on my rental car locked up and we could not release it. We stopped at Advance Auto wondering how we would ever release the seat belt and we determined I need a 50mm torx tip with a ratchet. I knew i was getting ready buy a part that I would never need again. When I stopped in the store, a kind gentleman asked if he could help us and immediately knew what I needed. He loaned me a tool for 10 minutes and just that quick our family's emergency ended. I appreciated the great customer service and support. Thanks so much for helping us out in a difficult time!

They were SUPER slow! After my beard turned gray I left and went to O' Reilly's down the road.

The staff at this location are very disrespectful and unfriendly, two in particular. one employee asked me if I went to a middle school in Robertsdale. I replied no I schooled else where. He gave me a weird suspicious look and has been side looking me ever since, like a child. the other I believe is management and has a bad case of gum something. He try's to give me mechanical advice like he's a mechanic....he's a parts salesman. This same mechanic parts salesman has fought with an other employee in front of me. Like a child the other manager perked up went to a cash register and asked me if he could help me, all while the other two were fighting. I replied yes. He checked me out then I asked if a carburetor would fit on my truck he said it would only fit on a four barrel intake manifold. I said may truck has a four barrel he said no it doesn't and if it does someone put it on there, like a d**k. the ka24e d21 comes stock with a four barrel. maybe it fit maybe it didn't. he didn't even check. One more, person number four. Walked in nobody at the cash register. except this guy in the back at the parts counter area. He said can I help you. I said sure, I have a 91, then he cut me off and said, come back here. no please no sir just attitude. I went back their thinking why do I come to this store. asked for the part paid no thank you, have a day, good doing business with you, nothing. Seriously Dysfunctional Organizational Culture.( AKA - D**k heads. )

Unfriendly staff not in least helpful. I went in to buy a headlight lens restorer kit. Wandered around the store for a long time looking for it. Several sales clerks were in the store and not busy. None offered any assistance. I finally found the product and took it to the counter. Without any greeting, the clerk took my purchase and my debit card and rang it up. The total verbal exchange consisted of him saying "pin number" and pointing to the machine. I put in the number and he shoved the receipt toward me. No thank you, nothing, nada, zip. In the future, I'll spend my money elsewhere.
