I found BOBE’S via the Jasper engine preferred site when searching for a garage that covered the warranty on my newly installed Jasper engine/transmission. Every technician and staff member was knowledgeable and helpful when I called to ask about the issues on with my Yukon. After dropping off my vehicle and explaining the problems, I received a call as well as a detailed text including pictures of the parts on my engine needing attention. Miles and Jeb both explained what the repair job entailed and gave me an extremely fair estimate. BOBE’S completed the repairs below the quoted estimate and also changed my oil. I was able to pick up my vehicle the very next day. I absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing automotive repair work. Every single person was polite, professional, and treated me with respect and kindness. I truly love supporting small businesses, and BOBE’S exceeded my expectations.

I can’t say anymore good things about Bobe’s Garage that I have said in the past. They are the reason when I have an oil change to a major repair that I call them. They are quick to diagnose the problem, email me the pics of the issue and give me a solution and price to fix it ! They have always been fair to me!

I’m writing this very confused. I came here several months ago due to an engine misfire. While I was having that fixed they told me my tires needed to be replaced. I also asked them, hey my car just hit 100k miles, can you guys do a tune up and make sure all my fluids are good, and he responded to me like he has no idea what I’m asking for, I mean a “100k tune up” is a pretty common thing or so I thought, but he assured me nothing of the sort need be done. I didn’t question it since he’s the professional. I usually went to my dad about this stuff but unfortunately he passed away recently. Now I’m sitting here finding out that I was supposed to get all kinds of stuff tuned up at 100k and I’m at 120k now. I feel like I’ve probably done irreversible damage to my vehicle. I went out of my way to give you my business because a friend told me I would be in good hands with you guys. Very upsetting.
Bobe’s treats you right! What a nice bunch of people. They diagnosed the problem, called with an accurate estimate and got the job done in no time. They even sent a link to an online estimate that included a complete description of what was found, plus pictures of the brakes and temperature readings that showed one of the brake rotors was much hotter than the other. I am so grateful to Bobes garage in Elberta , and manager John Zajic and his work crew ! I had an oil leak after getting it changed at a “big box “ shop - he checked under hood and under carriage even though he was about to close for the day /scheduled me the next day , was determined that the oil filter was not screwed in all the way ! Was throwing oil everywhere .. they changed my oil , filter and checked other liquids etc .. within 1 hour of my waiting ! I am so relieved it wasn’t major , now know I have a trustworthy local garage with good kind people ! Highly recommend Bobes !!
I’ve been going to Bobes for many years now. I feel they are honest and trustworthy. They never push services and they stand by their work. They are my local auto shop for sure!
I brought in my 2012 VW Jetta last summer to replace my alternator, as the clutch had worn out. After it was replaced, I drove not even a mile before the clutch came out again and this time there was a radiator leak, presumably from damages caused trying to gain access to the alternator. I ultimately had to pay to replace the radiator that they broke, and now a year later the alternator has broken again, and the shop I took it to informed me that there was missing hardware, also presumably from gaining access to the alternator. I have only brought my car in to a shop since for tire services, so I am sure that these issues were caused by the negligence of the mechanics at Bobe's. I would not recommend this place, rather anywhere else. You may actually end up paying less since you'll only have to go in once and not replace parts they broke.
I highly recommend Bobe’s Garage for all of your vehicle maintenance needs. The cost of repairs was reasonable and in line with my expectations. They are well-organized, with a focus on quality work.
I always get great and timely service at Bobe's from some very nice guys. I typically wait at the shop while they do the small maintenance jobs on my Kia Sportage. Comfortable clean seating areas making waiting a breeze. Prices are reasonable and they always answer all my questions. So happy to have them in my area..
Miles and his team are great mechanics. Bobe's garage has been servicing our family vehicles for over 20 years and has always been honest and fair. John is the shop supervisor and he is blessing to this company. Recommend this company to everyone!

Highly recommend Bobe’s Garage for your auto mechanical needs! They are very thorough, informative, and quick but not to the point of being hasty…efficient would be a better word.
Will continue doing business with them as they keep my truck rollin safely and soundly.
Although there are many shops within a few miles of me, I drove 30 minutes to get to BOBE’S. just based on their online reviews. I’m glad I did and will make that drive again when needed. They kept me informed of the progress and of the results of their diagnostic test multiple times over a couple of days. I am very satisfied with the results and the price. 2005 Jeep Wrangler - exhaust leak at manifold, check engine light codes , 4WD light, steering diagnostics and inspection, and oil change
UPDATE: A year later and I’m still very happy with their service. I’ve taken 4 different vehicles to them and have been satisfied each time
Amazing service! I called and he got me in the day after. He looked at it and fixed it all in the same day. He noticed a bad cv joint as well so he sent me pictures of it and fixed that as also (after my consent). Very fast service and the price was fair! Professional team with great customer service! We will return 🙂
Service was professional and timely. They quickly took my information and understood what I was requesting, asked the questions that they needed, and then I waited for service to be completed in the comfortable waiting area at their office. I am very pleased, thus far, witoh the automotive services performed on my vehicle at Bobe's garage. The waiting area is pleasant and comfortable. Although I live in Foley, it is worth the trip out to Elberta/Lillian to get vehicle serviced as I feel confident that the automotive technical staff can resolve issues going on with my vehicle.
Outstanding garage! Great people, great work ethic, and fair prices. They gained my trust from the first time I spoke with them and completed the work in a timely fashion. They kept me informed of cost and time required to do the work throughout the process. I would 100% recommend to anyone and will use them again!
John is very kind. I am always pleased with them. They send updates during the service and call me if they find anything else that needs addressed. It is definitely worth the travel from Foley I am very happy with everything about this place. You should take your vehicle here for any repairs, you will also be completely satisfied.
The reviews were correct these people take care of you & your automobile. We thought my automobile had the oil plug stripped but it turn out to be the seal near crankshaft. I ask if they could take care of it today since I took the day off. They work me in. So far automobile seems to running better and even my air conditioning works on low instead of turning it up on high. Many people came in made oil change appointments and other troubles. They seem to be regulars and knew each other by name. Very friendly and cares for the community needs. Whether taking care of automobile or doing fundraisers for those with medical problems. Very Christian and honest.
This shop was recommended by a neighbor. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. The technician sent me a detailed explanation of the problem with video. They were fast and efficient. I had my car back in 2 days (had to order a part). I would highly recommend using Bobe’s if you are in need of a garage. I hope I don’t need them anytime soon but if I do I will be back.
Bobe's installed the leveling kit, new tires and wheels, and the toolbox. I purchased all the items from them too. Great work great people!
My wife took her care to Bobe's Garage today for service and maintenance. They were respectful and treated her very well. The service and maintenance work was completed quicker than expected. Very thankful to have a trusted buisness to take care of our vehicles. Highly recommend them.
