My company deals with these great people weekly. I needed a tow yesterday and Dalton was there quickly and got my truck to the shop with no issues. He was very courtious and professional and takes great pride in his work. Thanks Dalton.

I'm leaving this review because I want to thank Chandler so much for all his help! This evening my car cut off on my daughter and her girlfriend, and Chandler came to the rescue. He went above and beyond to help me and my children every time he's called to come out, and I truly appreciate him. He such a sweetheart and so is everyone that works for this company. Had my vehicle towed from my home to the mechanics shop in Prattville. The tow truck driver, Chandler, was more than helpful and thorough. They picked up a friends car on Thursday we called 82 wrecker about it Friday was told they didn’t have it so we reported it stolen on Monday police called in description of vehicle said 82 wrecker had it so why did they flat out tell us they didn’t have it on Friday. It cost my friend over 400.00 to get her vehicle. I guess more money when you keep it more days I don’t think that is very honest to me. I will not be using that company.

82 was absolutely helpful quick and easy. They also took me and my two daughters home. The ride was very comfortable.

Chandler came to the rescue on a blown balljoint and used his experience and expertise to get it loaded and unloaded easier than ive ever seen someone do so. Had a few balljoint failures in my time. 10/10 would recommend. Good price, expert service.

I am unsure how we got so incredibly lucky with 82 Auto Parts & Wrecker Service. They are truly angels in disguise. Our family was stranded in Pratville. AL along the side of i65 with a dog and a 4 year old. We were towing a 45ft 5th wheel as well. 82 Auto Parts & Wrecker Service Was able to assist us with all our towing needs. They are a 4th generation family owned business, and it shows. They not only take great pride in taking care of your vehicle but your family as well. We first had the truck towed and then the 5th wheel I was by myself as my husband and child went with the truck, Dylan picked me and the 5th wheel up in the pouring rain and towed us to an rv park. I NEVER felt uncomfortable in any way, he even asked after he dropped me at the rv park how else he could help and to call them if we needed anything more. To our surprise we did need a 3rd tow, when we called we spoke with Sammy Jo, she was so sweet and transferred us to her brother Bubba. When I say this man is incredible I mean it. He got our truck towed to a new location, asked about our family as he knew the rv park we were in was not the best. We were trying to get to Nashville for a family trip. He could have just asked and that would have been the end but no he found us an incredible gentleman to tow our 5th wheel and family 430 hours to Nashville.. he texted and checked in during drive and ensured we all arrived safely. Every step of the way this family including their momma who I called and cried to a time or two were more than you will ever ask for. Pricing is very reasonable, please ask your insurance companies for a reimbursement, call them they are prompt, and amazing. They will be getting a Christmas card form is every year!

This company did very well by me. They were here on the date and time that we agreed upon. The driver was very knowledgeable and took all of the precautions while loading the vehicle as well as securing it afterwards. The vehicle was a classic Chevy being taken in for restoration updates and they treated it as if was their own. Wonderful to work with. Efficient, polite, considerate and very friendly. Helped us find a rental car and stayed over after towing our vehicle so we were able to get our personal belongings. When you are stranded on I-65, they most certainly help you feel more secure! Definitely recommend!

Broke down from out of town they were top notch pros quick and professional got me out of a bad neighborhood fast and they didn't take advantage of a out of towner like most shops do !!!!!

Please use this wrecker service if you ever are in need! They have a really cool tow mater truck and one day they put it to the back. My nephews were coming into town and they moved it back out by the road for them to see. Thank you for taking the time for them to smile!!

They had to tow our Class C RV today and I was very impressed with how well the mechanic hooked it up. He was very meticulous and got it out of our driveway safely, since it was parked nose first! Job well done thank you! 🙂

I used them today and the driver Jason B. was great he done what another wrecker service wouldn't do with ease they have always been on time to.
