My husband and I were stranded in Pike Road, AL with a blown trailer tire. Called several wrecker services and 82 was the only business that seemed to care enough to help. From April to Bubba and especially Dalton they were the best!!
Bubba did a fantastic job coordinating the pick up and delivery of my shed! Dalton did a great and timely job executing the task! I would recommend them to everyone!
I couldn't figure out how to leave a second review, so I am adding on to my first review. I called Bubba with a last minute request to move my shipping container and he worked me in very quickly. Dalton did a fantastic job yet again moving a much larger unit than last time for me. Very timely and great communication from Dalton. I can't recommend the 82 crew enough! GREAT JOB GUYS!
These guys are very professional and very efficient,they had my car home 45 minutes after we called them,and the driver was very polite and friendly,was also very good at his job,placed our car under the carport after he got it home, very very pleased thank you guys
This place ripped me off; Charged 1456.00 for a 2 mile distance and did not use any of their equipment what a very disappointing experience. They only unlocked our brakes and followed us 2 miles up the road. Lied on the receipt that my truck wasn’t drivable lol but no worries god always make a way.
Called and request a pick up and drop off to have my car worked on. They were very fast and prompt, professional, and very reasonable pricing! Thanks for always taking care of me!!
They picked up a friends car on Thursday we called 82 wrecker about it Friday was told they didn’t have it so we reported it stolen on Monday police called in description of vehicle said 82 wrecker had it so why did they flat out tell us they didn’t have it on Friday. It cost my friend over 400.00 to get her vehicle. I guess more money when you keep it more days I don’t think that is very honest to me. I will not be using that company.
I’ve been using these guys for years and just now realized that I hadn’t left a review. I have never had a bad experience with them. The price is always right And I have never run into one of them in a bad mood. Their drivers are always professional and careful with my car. It doesn’t matter what time of day I call they’re always able to help. I bought a car from them a few years ago. The price was really cheap and the car was great. The girls in the office are always helpful thank you guys. I appreciate it.
Arrived quickly and great customer service! Chandler tried a few things to get the car to start before loading it up. Stayed with my wife until the garage took the car to make sure she was safe. Again, great customer service.

Hands down the best wrecker service I've ever dealt with. They have always been able to squeeze me in where I'm not waiting for hours. And Robert is an extremely knowledgeable operator. Comes in, hooks up, gets it where it's going, and drops it off. Pretty painless experience for what could definitely be otherwise.

Chandler came to the rescue on a blown balljoint and used his experience and expertise to get it loaded and unloaded easier than ive ever seen someone do so. Had a few balljoint failures in my time. 10/10 would recommend. Good price, expert service.

Please use this wrecker service if you ever are in need! They have a really cool tow mater truck and one day they put it to the back. My nephews were coming into town and they moved it back out by the road for them to see. Thank you for taking the time for them to smile!!
I am unsure how we got so incredibly lucky with 82 Auto Parts & Wrecker Service. They are truly angels in disguise. Our family was stranded in Pratville. AL along the side of i65 with a dog and a 4 year old. We were towing a 45ft 5th wheel as well. 82 Auto Parts & Wrecker Service Was able to assist us with all our towing needs. They are a 4th generation family owned business, and it shows. They not only take great pride in taking care of your vehicle but your family as well. We first had the truck towed and then the 5th wheel I was by myself as my husband and child went with the truck, Dylan picked me and the 5th wheel up in the pouring rain and towed us to an rv park. I NEVER felt uncomfortable in any way, he even asked after he dropped me at the rv park how else he could help and to call them if we needed anything more. To our surprise we did need a 3rd tow, when we called we spoke with Sammy Jo, she was so sweet and transferred us to her brother Bubba. When I say this man is incredible I mean it. He got our truck towed to a new location, asked about our family as he knew the rv park we were in was not the best. We were trying to get to Nashville for a family trip. He could have just asked and that would have been the end but no he found us an incredible gentleman to tow our 5th wheel and family 430 hours to Nashville.. he texted and checked in during drive and ensured we all arrived safely. Every step of the way this family including their momma who I called and cried to a time or two were more than you will ever ask for. Pricing is very reasonable, please ask your insurance companies for a reimbursement, call them they are prompt, and amazing. They will be getting a Christmas card form is every year!

This company did very well by me. They were here on the date and time that we agreed upon. The driver was very knowledgeable and took all of the precautions while loading the vehicle as well as securing it afterwards. The vehicle was a classic Chevy being taken in for restoration updates and they treated it as if was their own. I will use them exclusively in the future and have no reservation about referring them to friends or family. Awesome company. Rick Johnson.
