Worse towing company experience I’ve had ever, they won’t let me get my stuff out of my car until I pay the full amount. They illegally charged me before the 30 day mark of impound. I’m thinking about dropping a lawsuit on these people. Highly don’t recommend. You can’t even get ahold of them, they put them selves at god level.

Our car battery died while we had the whole family out at a park! Thankfully OtH was available. I wish I recalled the guy's name, he was so polite, professional, and damned efficient! Knew his stuff. Used a carjump box to try and start my car for me after failed jumps off other vehicles, got a voltage reading off my battery and saw it was basically dead. Got her towed back to Kia and bam, battery replacement! They work closely with Kia/White's, so billing was super smooth! We are super grateful to these guys and particularly the fellow that helped us out so well! Super appreciative.

Bob with ON THE HOOK towing in Casper, WY was awesome. Our truck broke down pulling a travel trailer and Bob towed it all to the RV park and was so helpful. Don’t use anyone else for towing in Casper, WY!

They charged 4500 on a tow bill. The truck was barely past the Events Center. It was hardly damaged. Then they said they would take the truck for the title and still $1500. When i called she said twice the have a contract with the Highway Patrol. I said I was calling them and she said no we are working out a deal. That was the deal! It's not over by a long shot. Already called and wrote the tv station. Next it is the lieutenant of the highway patrol, an editorial and attorney general!

The “office manager” was SO RUDE when I was trying to explain my situation to her. So then I started to get combative because she wouldn’t listen, and she said “that’ll be extra charges added” I mean that’s cool and all but like all I needed was my kids diapers out of the car I wrecked. I’m sorry if any of you have ever had the unfortunate experience of meeting this horrible woman.

took 5 hrs for driver to pick up vehicle and deliver 93 miles away. Per the driver he was "on the way" every time he was called. Very expensive and not recommend under any circumstances.

Staff is great slight communication issue but nothing serious

I came in to the office to ask if they can move a car that was blocking a big rig I was picking up and there was a really nice lady and she send the guys to check it out and the tow truck drivers charged me $50 to insert the key and move the car that was blocking so I could hook the rig hope they are never in a situation like that bless their heart I hope they enjoy those well earned dollars I will need a receipt to get my money back bet there boss don't even know they are making side money like that ....

They were able to accommodate my needs in a very short time to a 120 mile tow just after a snow storm. I couldn't ask for better service from the company, owner or driver they were all great thank you.

COMPLETE RIPOFFS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Charged us $1260 for a 20 mins job 2 miles from their yard in Casper to just pull our semi tire stuck on a patch of ice.

Yesterday my wife had a fender bender. She wasnt charged with any offence. The cops called On The Hook Towing to remove her car. The charge was $580 for the tow of about 5 miles, then $40 per day impound fee. Their location is hard to find with no signage.

I had never used this service before, my trailer had broken down, so I called to see if they could get it to my house…… in a matter of just a couple minutes…. The dispatcher had a driver headed my way….. the driver hooked up to it and loaded on his tilt bed and it was in my driveway within the hour and at a very reasonable price!!!!! I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IF I NEED THEM!!!

Forever hearing horrible stories about tow companies are, I was absolutely amazed at how cordial, and pleasant the employees at On The Hook Towing actually were! Not forseeing any future need, it's going to be my first choice if I ever do need to use a tow company if needed.

First time using them. I'm a technician at a Casper dealership. Needed a personal truck towed to the shop. They ended up charging me more then the driver told me and the driver admitted to breaking the parking brake. Have called their office with no response.

Im so sorry Im trying to leave a review for Justin with E and E and put on wrong company. It won't let me erase here. He was amazing. Had an accident on icy roads and he helped get truck and trailer back on road. Very polite and worked quickly. Hopefully never need to use him again for those circumstances but if we do we would use him again.

My wife's car broke down on the way to take our son to the airport to catch a flight. I called On the Hook and explained our situation. To our surprise, they brought an extra vehicle to get him to the airport so he didn't miss his flight! The service is great, the prices are fair, and they genuinely care about their customers. We are grateful and highly recommend On the Hook.

Bob and Tevan are amazing guys! My fiancé and I were stuck on 220 on our way to Alcova and his truck overheated. I had bad cell reception and tried to call the office but they couldn’t hear me with the bad reception so instead of forgetting about it, Bob texted me and asked if we needed help! Exceptional customer service. Great guys. Tevan got our truck home like a true pro and was a really nice guy! Thanks guys!

In less time than it takes to tell about it and for less than the current price one tank of gas, Bob got my Yukon unlocked and me back on the road. So impressed! Thank YOU!

I was traveling through Casper to go snowmobiling and the truck broke down and had to get towed to a repair shop. Called him at 6:15 am and he was out with two trucks to pick up my truck and another for my trailer. When you are on the road towing companies and repair shops can really take advantage of you on price if they want. I think the price I paid was more than fair, actually less then I expected. I was happy to pay the bill. Service was top notch.

Driving from South Dakota to Utah we Broke down in the middle of nowhere Wyoming. On the hook owner Bob saddled up on a Saturday afternoon to come out and save us. Bob was a wonderful guy so much so we enjoyed our unplanned ride in his nice clean truck. He was a genuine nice guy... a rare breed these days. The price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend On The Hook towing!!

I would recommend this company to anyone needing a tow they went above and beyond they came from Casper to Rawlins to pick my wife’s car up and took her home after being rear ended in Rawlins I drive truck over the road and she was in Rawlins seeing me when this happens and a big thank you to Jack for coming out in not so good roads to get her and the car and taking her and the car back to Casper and dropping her off at home with are kids like I said above and beyond service thanks again great company and this pileup happens about 20 min after we left the TA in Rawlins again A++service for this tow company

We were passing through the area on a road trip, when our SUV broke down on the highway. Bob was our driver and showed up very quickly. He managed to load up our 4-wheel-drive SUV without any issues and allowed us to ride in the tow truck with him into town. He was accomodating to our two dogs we had with us as well. We had great conversations on the way to the car mechanic. Bob even gave us some great advice on places to eat while in town. Highly recommend this company if you're looking for a fast, reliable, and super friendly towing company in Casper WY. Thank you Bob for taking care of us and our vehicle so well!

Had our pickup break down and the serviceman, Louis, came and got us at 0130 and took us to a hotel. After the sun came up that morning, we called him again and he towed us to Walmart and then home to Wheatland when our issue was too big for Walmart to handle. He was friendly and laid back, had no issue with my dog being along and we had a good experience with him and the company. Will recommend and (hopefully won't have to) call again!

Incredibly fast service and super friendly. I was quoted 35 minutes. It was barely 10 minutes when they arrived. Quick resolution, and efficient. I don't find myself in situations where I require their services often, but if I ever do in the future, On The Hook will be the first and only call I make! If you are looking for any of the services they provide, what are you waiting for? Call them, now! You will not regret it!! Update 6/29/17 I have since utilized this company's services once again, and again found them to be outstanding! They deserve much more than 5 stars!!
