the female manager behaves inappropriately, they kicked the driver out of the territory and did not load it, allegedly saying that they did not have enough workers and the loader had already left, although he was inside the copart and rearranging the cars, they absolutely do not care at all.
The people who work in the building are not friendly at all, they treat you as if they were giving you the vehicles. From the reception to the person who delivers the car they are not friendly at all, that is why I give them one star.
We got taken to Copart in Casper, Wyoming after a deer jumped in front the family suv on way home during vacation. Stranded outside their building trying to find a rental car/hotel for the night the staff was friendly giving my family and I water and snacks. The lady that worked there even got us a ride to our hotel for the night from her boyfriend. I can’t express how much we appreciated everything they did for us including storing our valuables in lot and let us pick up once we got a rental car. THANKYOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!

terrible service. they let me in for load but the fee needed to be paid which nobody let me know before.once i said i will pay in case i didn't want to lose day and get load but they didn't let me do it, they said whoever has bidding acc they should pay, not me as a transporter which is a joke. they were rushing to go home and being lazy. they didn't even had documents ready and that case it would take a long and they rather let me go out without load. i hope they will have bad day today because of them i end up losing my day, i hope wherever they rushing to do won't be as good as they lose my day. i have no respect anymore to this people. whenever i worked for service jobs i always did maximum i could, but not everybody is same.
Paid over $800 in fees for a $3500 ATV. The VIN wasn't easily viewable so I didn't double check. I ended up with a ATV with a mis matching VIN than the title Copart sold it with. Now we are stuck with a ATV with no title, its been over a year and still no results from the DMV. Customer service is sparse so make sure you do your homework before you buy here.
Copart facilities can vary drastically, but this place is by far the best one I've experienced. Very polite and helpful staff in addition to being quick and respectful. Corporate needs to make every lot as enjoyable as this one. Way to go!
Casper Copart still has the small town appeal! the employees are happy to help with any extra requests you may have and are very friendly. I always look forward to visiting there.
The staff is profesional friendly, knowledgeable & willing to go out of their way to help out with whatever issues or questions I had with my most recent purchase. I live in Iowa and recently purchased a vehicle at the Copart Casper location. The Casper team made my job of picking up my purchase way especially prior to my 11.5 hr drive back home to iowa. Decided to do a buy it now, paid the money, turns out they sold me a car that they didn't know anything about and didn't have the title either. To my understanding you can't sell a vehicle in Wyoming without having the title. Asked for a refund and was told I was gonna have my money in 48 hours. Never happened, they gave us a credit on copart after they fraudulently sold us a vehicle.
Worst experience I've ever had trying to buy a vehicle. We found one, paid for it, then when we called about picking it up we could not. Why? Because they did NOT have the title in the office and the car wasn't in their lot (somewhere in town, not sure where)
Meanwhile I was told that I would have my money back within "48 business hours" then when I called back after at least 40 hours I was told it "that everything looked good on their end and it could be anywhere from 48-72 business hours".
I'm very frustrated that I'm waiting for them to fix their screw up and they don't even know when it will be fixed for sure. Everything looks good on your end cause you aren't the one missing a large chunk out of your bank account! Thanks tons copart! I would give less than 1 start but it's the minimum! Will NEVER recommend them and will NEVER try this again.
Been there many times, before you bid on a car make sure you go check then out. The bad thing is you can't move the car to make sure it actually drives as they say some do, but don't
This place is a joke. The people that work here are lazy. Don’t bother them. Cause they think they are busy all the time. Been here several times and always waiting. Woman in office acts like she is over worked and won’t help do nothing.
I've been to three Copart locations. They've always treated me exceptionally. In Casper, however, I felt like my presence alone was an inconvenience. Not the friendliest folk in the West ;-)
Copart Casper Wyoming... I Visited here twice in January 2018 to pick up cars won at auction online (ok it is an 800 mile drive from home but addiction to car auctions can do this to someone) On both visits the staff was helpful and friendly. Both cars were delivered with ease! Would definitely visit again if the right deal were to come up!
