  No wonder their rating’s so low. 1st: I get asked if I’m calling about a Ford F150 (which I’ve never owned) so I tell them the car I am calling about. I then kept getting transferred until I got transferred to the wrong department then they try transferring me again & hung up on me! I then called back & chose the option to get called back when it was my turn but of course I never got a call back! So disorganized!
