I was visiting the area on vacation when my alternator failed. I called and the staff were all exceptionally helpful. Knowing I was some distance from their shop, they not only searched their computer for my part, but also went to the storeroom and verified it was on the shelf so I wouldn’t waste a trip. When I arrived, they helped me verify that the symptoms sounded like an alternator problem and offered advice. Although I had watched a bunch of YouTube videos, their onsite expertise was valuable. They lent me tools and let me work in the parking lot. They really went above and beyond helping me, and I left with a working vehicle. Chad and the guys know their stuff, but they make me feel like an inferior idiot. Plus, a homemade cookie was waiting on the counter when I was done. I highly recommend getting parts here.
My family became stranded with a dead battery at KOA in Etna, WY (see the review). I contacted this store and spoke with Jeff. We were visiting this beautiful area camping for 4 nites at a KOA in Etna, WY.. My battery died and realizing it was 5 yrs old and needed a new battery, we were at the right place for help. Jeff, patiently listened of our dilemma and said he had a battery that would fit and he could even have it delivered to the KOA campground. What luck!! Within 30 minutes the battery was delivered and we were on our way enjoying the beautiful sites of the area. Beautiful people are out there too!! Thanks, Jeff.
Single-handedly the best parts store in Star valley, once you step in this location you will be greeted by the friendliest staff ever. They will spend the time to help you find the correct parts and if they don't have it in the store they will spend the time finding the correct part and order it for you. The store is insanely clean and it's easy to find what you're looking for in the well-organized aisles. Compared to all the other competitors in the valley they have the cheapest price and the highest quality. It's a no-brainer to not stop at this location.
