On sarurday afternoon our dogtruck,with 32 dogs broke down right in front of our hotel,due to an electric problem.Most repair shops are already closed or told to call back on monday.Finally,we reached Derek,who immediately offered his help.After discussing the problem,he retrieved the necessary parts from another town and installed them on side.When the truck wouldnt start again late that evening,he was there immediately to help.On monday we wanted to go,to a repair shop in jackson to have the problem diagnosed,but we broke down again and had to be towed.Once again, derek and his team were there as quickly as possible,and our dog truck was towed to the repair shop.This Company is highly recommended,excellent service,fair prices, and Derek and his team are fantastic and always enjoy their work.We would definitely use their services again.thank you very much.
Amazing service! Van living on snake river and locked myself key in my car. Luckily I had my dog out of the car. I called 3 people who turned me down because I was so far or they didn’t accept that I couldn’t pay upfront (my wallet was locked in the van) including the sheriff. He picked up and came over to my stranded spot 45 mins out and unlocked the van within minutes. He was so nice and amazing! I highly recommend before even trying to call anyone else!!
i was given the fastest of five companies i called to go out at night, same day (Sunday,) into an area that is known for its rough terrain, and retrieve my rental Wagoneer out of the snow, outside of Jackson Hole, WY. Its about an hour and a half in good conditions. IT WASNT THIS WEEK! Im sure it took this nice young man, owner of the company, 2-3 hours to get there. Before i knew it, he had my car taken and dropped where I needed it with live video and confirmation. Fast & friendly! Also the only one on Sunday that would do it AND still the most affordable! My daughter and her friend blew the transmission last week in Wyoming, and Palisades came quickly and were very nice and kind to them as they towed them to the nearest shop. Palisades prices were fair, and the gentleman with whom I worked with concerning the bill was very kind.
THE BEST tow experience you’ll EVER have. Derek and Nate were so professional and got our family out of a huge bind. We were passing through on a weekend family trip and blew 2 tires. They towed us at 10pm and Derek found me a new set of rims and tires by the following morning. He drove me an hour and a half away to pick them up first thing the next morning and got our family back in the road in no time.

If you're stranded in the area, skip all other company and call these guys. Professional, efficient, and most importantly, doesn't price gouge just because it's a tourist area. Down to earth and truly wants to help people without shaking you down for all you got. My prius died in Shadow Mountain near Jackson WY. AAA would not cover since it's on gravel road. I called a different towing company that wanted an arm and a leg to get me to the closet dealership or just an arm to get me out to paved roads (3 miles of gravel to paved). With spotty signal, I bit the bullet and paid an arm for the other company to get me onto paved roads. When Palisade Towing and Recovery came out (under AAA coverage now that I'm on paved roads), they told me they would have came into the gravel roads, picked me up, drive me 2 hours out to the nearest dealership all for the same price I had just paid the other towing company! Bottom line, skip the other companies and call these guys.
Fantastic service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! I was stranded in a dangerous canyon with no cell service a baby and 3 year old. They arrived very quickly and professionally and efficiently loaded my van. Derek was also very kind! He even offered to let me call my husband on his satellite phone to let them know I was safe. I am soooo grateful for the rescue! Above and beyond service!

We took a family ride on our side by side to alpine Wyoming today and blew my primary belt. I was unable to change the belt do to bolt issues. Derek showed up and towed my side by side to his house for the night. We tried to pay for his help and he wouldn’t except it. He is a veteran ran bussiness and truly helped a vet in need today. During a road trip, I got my Honda stuck on a river bank after a night of rain, Derek came out and got me out in less than five minutes without even needing a tow truck. My buddies Chevy wouldn't start in the 30 below temperatures in Alpine, and Derek with Palisades towing worked tirelessly for hours to try and get it started. When that didn't work we thought we were hosed because we had a big snowmobile trailer that we needed to get home too. Derek helped us get a good deal on a rental to tow the trailer home, then towed the truck home to Salt Lake City day later. Helped me get out of a very sticky situation. Don't waste your time with AAA. No visibility from the main road, he got me some parts from the store, rushed them out to me and got me out. Late at night, 24inches of snow, this is the man you call. Very reasonable price and a straight shooter
I can’t say enough good about these guys. I had run over a nail and got a flat tire outside of Alpine. I was able to hobble into a parking lot of a service station, where I attempted to fix it myself, using one of those fix-a-flat cans, but was not having much, if any, success. After about a half hour of working on the problem, I was actually about to call them because my wife noticed online that they were open 24 hours. Well before I had a chance to do that, they miraculously pulled up next to my vehicle and asked if I needed help. I thought there was no one else around on the deserted streets of Alpine, so that was pretty amazing in and of itself. They ended up changing out my regular tire for my spare. I later found out that there were some shady-looking characters that were scoping me out shortly before that. So not only did I have the help I needed right when I needed it without even calling them, but they protected me against a potential assault. Also, when it came to pay, they asked me what I thought it was worth and ultimately didn’t even charge me. This company deserves all the business they can get.
