I've been coming here since they were Lennox and the service has been stellar every single time. I recently needed to drop off my vehicle but didn't have a ride. Peyton offered to give me a ride or take me to breakfast while I waited for my car. This type of service is a lost art these days and this place has my business for life. Really excellent customer service from all employees here.
I don't have a workmanship complaint about Crash Champions as I use them a lot in Loveland, CO and I am sure each shop is rated highly. My complaint is that the office in Cheyenne told me today that they charge 100$ per day storage. This is predatory and I have considered taking this up with their main office.
So we got a hailstorm that did some damage to our vehicles and we decided to go back to the place where we’d had great hail repair service a few years ago, which had been Lennox and found they’d retired or sold to Crash Champions. They treated me with courtesy, kindness and were professional. I got my car in quickly as they had, had a cancellation. My car was done in a week and their work was absolutely great, my baby looked brand new. I was kept informed the whole week of the progress on my vehicle. They also coordinated very well with my insurance company and the car rental agency. I am quite pleased with their work, and customer service was excellent, so they made this hail repair as painless as possible. Thank you Crash Champions and should we need your services again, you guys are at the top of our list!
This place runs like a well oiled machine and they did amazing work! It was done exactly when they said and I received updates through the process by text so I never had to call and find out what stage my vehicle was in. Friendly staff and very organized as well.

Everyone in the office was wonderful! They were friendly and efficient and happy to answer all of my questions. The best auto body shop I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional, outstanding employees and customer service. They did an amazing job on repairing my fender bender. I have USAA and they are considered a preferred recommended shop and I now know why as they are absolutely the best. Every single person I dealt with was amazing. Thank you.
The people that work here are so kind, respectful, and professional! They went out of the way to help with an issue with my license plate that was stuck and wouldn’t come off. They tried various forms and tools to help me with this all while talking to me like a human being! If I ever need my car worked on, they are the right people to go with! I can just tell they don’t take advantage of people and truly care about their customer service. I cannot recommend them enough! we just moved to Wyoming a couple of months ago, and so far, the people here have been great!
Had an estimate scheduled for today, once arrived I was greated warmly by the front desk area and introduced to Wayne. Wayne spent half an hour giving me advice and guidance to fixing several damaged areas on my SUV. The damage was estimated more than I could afford bur Wayne was more than willing to spend his time and knowledge to lead me to other avenues within my price range. Highly recommend
I dropped my car off with a dent on the roof and a broken windshield from a kid throwing something out of a school bus window. I picked my car up looking so much better -- not only the outside but the inside too. They were quick on the repair, professional and their attention to detail was amazing! Thank you, Lennox!!
Lennox got us in for an estimate within a day. We were scheduled the next week. They called everyday with an update. The work was done by the end of the week. Excellent work! Excellent service!!!

I highly recommend Lennox Auto Body Shop. Recently I went to another body shop to have my back bumper repaired. Long story short it took up to a month to repair. Paint started to chip from the repair and I took it to Lennox Body Repair and they said it was not repair correctly. I scheduled an appointment with them and they had it done in one day!!! Lennox provided excellent customer service and gold standard work on my Durango. Every employee I interacted with was kind, warm and helpful. They kept in contact with me throughout every step of the process; they went above and beyond in helping me to find items that I had accidentally left in my vehicle while they were working on it, and even though they quoted me 5 days for completion it was done within 48 hours!
When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out (a wonderful surprise) and the entire experience was easy and low stress.
I cannot recommend them highly enough! Prior to this experience I felt that this level of customer service had become a thing of the past - Lennox proves that some companies still achieve excellence.

Went to Lennox to have our truck repaired after a massive blowout. They were very kind and respectful. First walking into the office I love how clean and well kept it is, definitely not like any other auto body shop I've visited. During the repair process they kept us up to date on everything that was going on and the various stages of repairs our vehicle was in. Upon getting our truck back it was detailed and very clean. So far everything is running great and we haven't had any issues with the repairs that have been done. Highly, highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you're needing any repairs.

After I got a hit and run in a grocery store parking lot, I knew Lennox was the place to go! My insurance company was great, but Lennox took away all worry and stress by coordinating with my insurance directly the damage amount to be paid and repairs needed. Took exactly ONLY a week and my car is back to new! They even vacuumed and washed it! And kept me updated by text messages the entire time they had my car. Don’t let insurance companies tell you that you have to take your car to only certain auto body shops. Lennox wasn’t on my car insurance auto body list but I insisted and I am so glad I did.
I have never felt so compelled to leave a 5 star review. The entire process of working with Lennox was beyond anything that I could have imagined. My car was near totaled with hail damage. They kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up vehicle it looked better than the day I bought it from the car lot. The staff members all knew my name and thanked me for my business. Finally I got into my car and it felt and smelt new. Honestly they treated me like royalty. I find it harder and harder to come across people that take such pride in their work. Matt was helpful from the moment I walked through the doors. Got my vehicle in quickly, kept me up to date on the progress at the end of every day. I had a ding in my car door from a loose shopping cart. It requires the whole door being replaced. From initial estimate to job completion it was just a little over a week. Lennox communicated with me every step of the way. They also dealt directly with my insurance and called the rental car place for me. Every employee I spoke with was professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I’m very impressed. I even had a dime stuck in my old door and when I got my car back, the dime was there. Every detail matters to them. They care and it shows.
Working with Lennox was a fantastic experience! They were incredibly friendly, were quick to look at my car's damage and write up an estimate, and even broke down the cost of repair to be a transparent as possible. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and Lennox even called ahead with a reminder a few days ahead of time. Once the car was in the shop, they constantly sent updates as repairs were being made which set my mind at ease, and when the repairs were done it was perfect! I received text updates during my car repair which was very helpful and my car was actually completed earlier than anticipated. My car looked phenomenal when I picked it up and it had been washed and detailed. I am very happy with Lennox and was very impressed with the company and service I received here. What an outstanding business with fantastic people. Heather went above and beyond what I was expecting and the work itself was absolutley exceptional. You can't even tell where the original damage was, both the dent removal and paint matching are top notch. I would not hesitate to use Lennox again or recommend them to others. Just fantastic!
These guys did a great job on our van! We loved the text updates. They got us in for a quote quickly and took the time to explain everything to me. The insurance company wanted to use a refurbished part but Lennox said that would not allow them to do a quality repair job, so the insurance got us the right new part. The customer service was amazing and the fact that they Cared about the quality of the parts was huge for us. Will definitely refer to them!
