Lennox had done some insurance work a few years ago for oem paint failure issues. Had to take the car back a few times for them to redo the paint on the roof again and fix a huge clear shrink on the hood. They redid the roof after there were clear tape line inside of the roof rails that insurance paid to have removed. The fix was to clear the roof again, now the paint on the roof is cracking, shrinking and peeling. Crash Champs will not do anything to cover Lennox's "life time" paint warranty because they said only the one corner of the roof was "painted" and that the flakes of clear and paint are not places they painted they only cleared the roof. Same Lennox crew new name.
A++! Lennox was able to exactly paint match the new hood for my Jeep even though the Jeep's factory paint was 9+ years old. The staff were experts and fantastic to work with as well. First rate, fantastic job!
We were referred to Lennox Auto Body by a trusted local dent repair shop, WyoDent. Our experience was excellent from the first call to picking up our 2022 three days earlier than estimated. Each person we dealt with was friendly and polite.
Our truck body work repair is exceptional. We cannot discern any color difference or body difference than when brand new just six months ago. We keep our truck in immaculate condition, so to find a local professional team that provides superior work is clutch!
Everyone in the office was wonderful! They were friendly and efficient and happy to answer all of my questions. What an outstanding business with fantastic people. Heather went above and beyond what I was expecting and the work itself was absolutley exceptional. The entire repair industry has suspisious reputaion right? Not at this store! We were shocked at how well they communicated the repair all through the process. We did have to take it back (a parking sensor had not been connected) but would recommend Crash Champions to anyone, for any reason, anytime!

Lennox provided excellent customer service and gold standard work on my Durango. Every employee I interacted with was kind, warm and helpful. They kept in contact with me throughout every step of the process; they went above and beyond in helping me to find items that I had accidentally left in my vehicle while they were working on it, and even though they quoted me 5 days for completion it was done within 48 hours!
When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out (a wonderful surprise) and the entire experience was easy and low stress.
I cannot recommend them highly enough! Prior to this experience I felt that this level of customer service had become a thing of the past - Lennox proves that some companies still achieve excellence.
Went to Lennox to have our truck repaired after a massive blowout. They were very kind and respectful. First walking into the office I love how clean and well kept it is, definitely not like any other auto body shop I've visited. During the repair process they kept us up to date on everything that was going on and the various stages of repairs our vehicle was in. Upon getting our truck back it was detailed and very clean. So far everything is running great and we haven't had any issues with the repairs that have been done. Highly, highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you're needing any repairs.
The people that work here are so kind, respectful, and professional! They went out of the way to help with an issue with my license plate that was stuck and wouldn’t come off. They tried various forms and tools to help me with this all while talking to me like a human being! If I ever need my car worked on, they are the right people to go with! I can just tell they don’t take advantage of people and truly care about their customer service. I cannot recommend them enough! we just moved to Wyoming a couple of months ago, and so far, the people here have been great!
Had an estimate scheduled for today, once arrived I was greated warmly by the front desk area and introduced to Wayne. Wayne spent half an hour giving me advice and guidance to fixing several damaged areas on my SUV. The damage was estimated more than I could afford bur Wayne was more than willing to spend his time and knowledge to lead me to other avenues within my price range. Highly recommend
I cannot thank the team at Lennox enough! Not only did they repair the damage and give my car a cleaning but they were absolute rock stars dealing with insurance! The repairs were amazingly quick, and they kept us informed of the status during the whole process. I've used Lennox in the past and every time I go there I am blown away at how amazing of a job they do!
I highly recommend Lennox Auto Body Shop. Recently I went to another body shop to have my back bumper repaired. Long story short it took up to a month to repair. Paint started to chip from the repair and I took it to Lennox Body Repair and they said it was not repair correctly. I scheduled an appointment with them and they had it done in one day!!! Awesome customer service and the technician explained the total work up and was very professional!!

I have never felt so compelled to leave a 5 star review. The entire process of working with Lennox was beyond anything that I could have imagined. My car was near totaled with hail damage. They kept me updated every step of the way. When I picked up vehicle it looked better than the day I bought it from the car lot. The staff members all knew my name and thanked me for my business. Finally I got into my car and it felt and smelt new. Honestly they treated me like royalty. I find it harder and harder to come across people that take such pride in their work. After I got a hit and run in a grocery store parking lot, I knew Lennox was the place to go! My insurance company was great, but Lennox took away all worry and stress by coordinating with my insurance directly the damage amount to be paid and repairs needed. Took exactly ONLY a week and my car is back to new! They even vacuumed and washed it! And kept me updated by text messages the entire time they had my car. Don’t let insurance companies tell you that you have to take your car to only certain auto body shops. Lennox wasn’t on my car insurance auto body list but I insisted and I am so glad I did.
