We had a great experience with Fort Towing when my wife's car broke down on the side of I-80 between Cheyenne and Laramie. The dispatcher was empathetic and considerate, the driver Tyler showed up in under 30 minutes, and even provided a wonderful recommendation for a repair shop that was fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I blew a tire and had no spare. Tyler showed up quickly, was very polite and got my kids and I back home. Couple months later, my motorcycle died. The same driver showed up and showed me true professionalism and got me taken care of. I would highly recommend this company for your towing needs.
So I am leaving a review though a good Samaritan came along and got my husband, son and nephew out before they got there. The hour wait is not what got us we totally understand how in the winter things can get busy. Also understand the lateness of the call may add to the cost of getting us out of ditch. But when I find out you are a 24 hour towing so no one had to get up and come out. That you were going to charge them 500 dollars to come pull them out of a ditch. Blew my mind . Also as a towing company here in wyoming you think you would understand not having enough cell service to contact our insurance company to go through them. But it really felt like the company was taking advantage of a situation.
Even though their add said open 24 hours we were told we would have to wait 2 hours until the driver came in and there were allot of people on the list before us. All he could do was add us to the list.
I can’t say enough about these awesome people...rescued and my heroes! My car threw a belt in the plains of Wyoming, 60+mph winds and trucks on their sides, estimate wait of 3 hours and they were there in an hour! Thank you sooo much for your wonderful service!!!
So, after having my insurance company call these guys to tow my car back to my residence, one of the employees decided upon himself to take it to their shop instead to look at it. So now it still sits there with no way for me to get it, and they are charging me "storage" fees for something that was never supposed to be there to begin with. They took advantage of a single mom stranded. Do NOT use these guys. They are very crooked!!

Arrived quickly, very affordable, so helpful and patient with my questions. Answered honestly and very very respectful. Southern hospitality lives on with this young gentleman. My first mechanical failure I've had on a road trip. It happened in the middle of nowhere with no places to go. So helpful! Thank you for making what could have been a nightmare experience, turn into a happy surprise that people really are at the heart, good people.
I wish I knew the guy's name that towed us, but he was awesome! My kids and I were stranded just past the Lincoln Memorial rest stop headed south. My roadside assistance company contacted Fort Towing and said they would be there in 90 minutes. It was a Sunday after 7:30 pm and it was HOT! The guy showed up in less than 60 minutes. He was friendly and efficient and got us safe and sound Cheyenne. He even took a couple of minutes to look under the car to make sure I hadn't blown any hoses so I could drive it to the dealership in the morning.
Using triple a we got connected to them. They knew we had an emergency with a toddler sitting in the front who locked themselves inside with the keys! They are awesome. I honestly would use these people if you can. Great service. Great contact during the process and I’m so glad after we had called the myriad of other services in town for lockout after hours. All said hour half or more. Which was not feasible. They went above and beyond and we have our toddler out of the car and a very important parental lesson learned. Don’t leave keys in the car with a two year old even for a less than a second.
