I pride myself as a great salesman, millions of dollars in sales every fiscal year for The Home Depot, mostly because I put the customer first, looking out for the best interest and price, I went to you to find side mirrors for my van , you charged me 198.00+ for set, I need many parts for my van, you knew that and took advantage of my dilemma, I just found a brand new side mirror replacement for 42.75 , when I can't help a customer with an item quickly, I send to my competitors, the customer is grateful. And trust their future sales with me, thanks for nothing, I will drive to Denver before I go to you guys again.

Jason was fantastic to work with. I purchased a truck frame and drove 12 hours based on Jason's description and pictures that he sent to me. When my son and I arrived from Minnesota, everyone there was really friendly and ready to help. They helped load the frame onto our trailer and even helped me make a quick modification to the trailer. I couldn't be more pleased with the service.
These people are scam artists. I purchased a part that was shipped to me that absolutely did not match the description so I was told for a refund I had to ship the item back. Usps did not scan the item until it was delivered which after weeks of usps losing the package it finally shows it was delivered. These people refuse to give me my money back along with they now have the part that they lied about when selling it to me.
If you are not getting your parts from these people in person just beware that they WILL scam you and steal your money.
Delivering vehicles here for the first time.. let me tell you this place is the best!! From the office staff to the forklift ppl!! Mr.Todd the forklift operator is one of the best!! Thank you!!
Dealt with Doug, was extremely helpful, especially with my short window to get a part pulled and shipped to Canada after being screwed around with from another place, kept me updated over the 24 hour period , got it done, packaged and shipped within the window I needed as they said they would highly recommend.
Every time I have dealt with Mr R's it has been a positive experience. I have visited the yard and been treated well, but most of the parts have been shipped to me after calling in. Perfect service and unbeatable prices. They do what they say they will do. You can feel good about doing business with this place!
Lack of customer service. Got no confirmation after payment and called the next day for any update. Got attitude about it when I just needed to know my $450 wasn't in limbo.
Zero update till 4 days later, when they went to pull the part they found it damaged.
Cool, I get it, stuff can break. But it took 4 days to check? Don't pull my money if you aren't ready to do business.
Now I'm stuck ordering from somewhere else (for cheaper) but out twice the money until their refund comes through. Hopefully faster then 4 days.
In my time of need, Norm pulled up his boot straps and got me the exact exact color match for my door.

Lane has been super helpful! When I called to begin with he was great about wanting to find the matching panel for my car! He sent a photo of the one that matched and the shipping was super fast. There was some mix up and I received the wrong panel but Lane was super quick to get the problem solved and got the correct one shipped out! I will be coming back in the future!

Sadly when you buy used, you get used. They say all engines are ran, compression tested, and leak down tested before being sold. I would love to believe this but due to a recent purchase, I can't. My engine came with a bad oil pump and lost oil pressure and seized four miles down the road. They credited me back for the engine but will not even help with the $3300 I paid in new parts and labor to install it. What a bummer. The people that work there seem nice but dealing with nice people doesn't make up for the amount of money you'll lose when they tell you there's nothing they can do to help you.
Mr. R's was fantastic! We have been shopping for a vehicle for our soon to be 16 year old. We had a price range and safety requirements that were a must! She had a specific vision of a vehicle in her head. Mr. R's had the perfect vehicle, a mix between a 16 yo. vision, and a parents "musts" . Dirk "car sales " was wonderful. My husband and I both talked to him, and from visiting with us over the phone he had 4 vehicles for us to look at. We found the right one at a great price. Thanks!

Rudest American Female Employee I Have Ever Met!!!! (tall female, brown hair sat at one of the back offices facing, from the front customer counter) I Drove 56 miles both ways!! I asked her about, picking your own part? To be told, You Cannot go into the wrecking yard to pick your on part, O.K. I Said, I did not know that, well, I am looking for a headliner for a ford ranger (I could see those pick up trucks from the fence line, on the road going to the wrecking yard)! We do not have Ford Rangers! Walked away, just like that!! like I was some Stupid Immigrant Refugee. I am from Scotland! I would not Treat A Rabid Dog like the way She treated me! Only A Fool Would Go To This Business or try to do Business with this Establishment!! She has a Cancer called Hate, maybe it will travel down to her female parts, nothing like a thing called Bad Karma!!!!!
