Wonderful customer service here. Recently had a dead battery issue at the grocery store about a block away from them. I called looking for help . She came over and gave me a jump within a few minutes. She followed me back to the store and proceeded to look up the battery purchase I had made about a year ago, my warranty was still good on the old one , so she replaced it with a new one for me. She was very friendly and once again , I want to say thank you!!
Uninterested - what do you do when you stand in line waiting for an older woman employee to quit talking local politics with two people on the customer side of the c ounter? You put the items in the middle of the floor then go down the street to spend your money. This store apparently doesn't need or want business.
Typical chain auto parts store. The auto parts chains of the last 25 years don't carry any real detailed Auto Parts. If you want a special gasket or a certain part for a transmission they're not going to have it in stock. They're going to order it in. The old mom and pop auto parts stores, the independent dealers carry much more stock. Giving the choice of not having any auto parts store or something they're better than nothing. Friendly helpful people inside.
I am in awe of the service we received from Jessica today. We stopped in to get more motor oil for our Audi. Accidentally poured in too much and went back to ask for help. Jessica looked for any possible contraption in store and helped us in the 110 degree heat try to siphon oil from our car for 1 hour!!! We’ve never had a complete stranger stop everything to help us like that before and will never forget it. Without her, we would be stuck in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday where everything else was closed.

Jasmine was super helpful!!! She noticed my husbands broken hand and even sent her boyfriend over to help us in the parking lot! No way we could’ve done it without you! Best service ever!
Best customer service in one of the friendliest towns. I had lost brakes after coming down out of wind river valley and ended up stranded roadside a few blocks from Oreilly. Noticed one of my calipers had failed dumping fluid. Called Oreilly and Jess answered. Super friendly, helpful, and understanding. Found my parts in a town 40 minutes away and then came and picked me up. Took me to the store in thermopolis so I could grab more fluid, a couple tools and then brought me back to my RV. After that, she arranged for the store 40 minutes away to meet her half way with my parts! I had all my parts and pieces to do the repair within an hour. AMAZING!!! So, whenever you need parts in Thermopolis, call Oreilly, and ask for Jess. Thanks Oreilly!!
Go to Carquest!!!! Manager was unreasonable and yelled at me. Poor customer service and people skills. Multiple attempts to explain the situation. No need to be disrespectful.
The service is wonderful here! They're willing to help their customers, and I really appreciate this. A few times I've had help with installation of the item I just purchased. I've ordered items here, and they are always willing to assist me. For a small store they are able to stock a lot of items necessary for proper care and operation of my vehicle. I usually purchase my windshield washer fluid here in the Winter. I can get some that is good to -35 degrees Fahrenheit.
They are willing to help and answer any of your questions. You need something for your car, you need to go to thermopolis O'Reilly auto parts store right now. 😂
Prompt and friendly service. I unfortunately had to replace my alternator twice, due to a defective part. Crystal was amazing, friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.
I had some headlights out, and a very kind gentleman Mike, stayed late on a sunday, not only sell me some new ones, but install them for me! It was great service and EXTREMELY appreciated by someone who knows nothing about cars and is in the midst of a long roadtrip. Thanks guys!
