I had an elderly client in need of a jump start on his vehicle. I stopped in at Napa and the gentleman behind the counter offered to drive to my client's location to help. Napa went above and beyond the call and I couldn't appreciate that more!! I always get amazing service from the Napa employees. Thank you so much for helping my client get to his appointment.

Just went and visited NOLS in Lander Wyoming and lost my fuel pump!! Went to Carquest and they just didn’t seem to want to help this tree hugger? Shot over to Napa and it was a total different experience! They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. They had my pump in stock and recommended a mechanic down the street. Crazy part was they helped tow my truck to the shop!!!! Never get this type of service in SOUTH FLORIDA……. A++++

Went here to purchase two new batteries for my Dodge Cummins. If you’re here to donate same, I suggest (if you want) the NAPA batteries. I was informed they have a warranty & are great batteries. And, they were much cheaper than what I was informed by a dealer mechanic; est. $130 cheaper. Did the replacement at their location & was good to go soon after. Plus, this one is locally owned! Now that is awesome! Keep it local!
I took what I was told was a new interstate battery in for charging and testing. I dropped it off for a couple of hours and when I came back they informed me that the battery failed the test and wouldn’t charge. There was no pressure to purchase a new battery and I was encouraged to contact the place I got it to see how they could help me with the problem. I would recommend doing business here.
I wish I could give this place even more stars. My car broke down 30 miles or so outside of Lander, and Rick, his family, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help me get my car into town, get parts and a mechanic to help fix it, and help me in every possible way. This store is truly run by the most kind and generous people I’ve ever met.

I went out to start my car yesterday in this sub-zero weather. It tried to turn over, then just clicked. I've never replaced the battery in the 4+ years I've owned it. I called NAPA and they had the battery I needed. As promised, Nate gave me a call this morning, then drove over and replaced the battery for me in the still sub-zero weather. Thank you, Nate, for such excellenr cusromer service!
So incredibly helpful and kind. Our daughter needed help with getting a new car battery and in my opinion, the manager went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
Rick, the owner took our Subaru CV shaft and hub which were fused together to his home shop on a Sunday, to get them apart for us. Amazing! Way above and beyond! One of his other employees loaned us his personal breaker bar to get the new parts back together. These guys are knowledgeable, and will help any way they can. Wouldn't even charge us or accept money for the extra effort!
This is by far not only the best NAPA I have ever been in, but probably the best auto parts store in general I have ever been to. My wife and I limped into town with a dead alternator and just barely made it into the parking lot. The staff at the Lander NAPA bent over backwards to help us get back onto the road. Not only did they have the right replacement, but helped us install it. We were back on the road in a hour. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and kindness. If you have a Toyota ask for Abe or Josh, who share phenomenal knowledge. Hats off to these gentlemen.
I thought I should take the time to give these folks a 5 star review. We are traveling the USA on an extended road trip. We had a campsite rented at Sleeping Bear Campground and kinda limped into town. Stopped at Napa and was totally shocked at how friendly and helpful the owner and staff were to us. They came out with their code reader and went to work. After installing the parts, it was closing time on a Friday evening. The owner wanted me to test drive it up the highway about 8 miles and back , to make sure we had figured out the problem.
I ask what I should do if I broke down. Who should I call and where should I have it towed to. Rick, the Owner, handed me his business card and said to call him on his cell phone when I got back to the Campground so he would know I made it. He actually answered from a ball game he was attending with his family. Service like I have never seen!!
Especially want to thank Jennifer too. She also went above the call of duty. After helping me Friday Evening, I needed a headlight replaced Saturday morning. She had to take my battery and a brace off to change it. I tried to tip her and she would not take it.
I highly recommend anyone needing parts while passing through Lander, to buy them at the local NAPA. . Thank You for everything!!

I am the owner of LSP Auto at the corner of North 1st. street and Poor Farm Road. I specilize in Service work, Tune-ups, Custom made exhausts, Full Service work, brake repair, Electrical repair & wiring & Welding of all metals. I have used NAPA products, both personally and for all my customers for around 50 years. Both the previous Lander NAPA store owners, (Guy), and the present NAPA store owner (Rick), have always treated me very well. As far as NAPA products, they have always been of the highest quality. Rick has treated me above and beyond, with quality care and backing of NAPA products. In all the time I have been in business, I can name on one hand the defective parts that I have had from NAPA and if you, by chance get a bad part, they are more than happy to replace it FREE as soon as possible. Personally I use 98% NAPA products.

We needed to have a new control arm installed on our jeep in the middle of our jeep club trip. No shop could get us in right away so we went to the NAPA store and purchased a new control arm with the intention of installing it ourselves. We realize we didn’t have all the tools necessary to do the job but the gentleman who is working at the counter offered to lend us his tools and not only that he gave us the penetrating fluid and every other thing that was necessary to do the job. One of the nuts was very difficult to remove and the owner of the NAPA store personally came out and removed the control arm for us. In order to install the new control alarm we needed to have a flange welded to a nut, so the owner had a gentleman go home and weld a flange on the nut and bring it back! And then the owner installed the arm for us with the help of some of our club members. I’m so proud to say I live in Wyoming where people still care about their fellow man and will do whatever it takes to help them out! And to boot all of this was done at no charge and they would not except a tip of any kind. I wish there was an option to add 100 stars, and that would not be enough of a reward for the help they gave us!👍👍👍👍👍🤓 Thanks

After having multiple days of harley streetglide issues we went to strokers and bought the part we needed which they were great also. We pulled into NAPA looking for a shady spot and tools. The manager Rick said we can pull into their garage and work on her.. They were so helpful we borrowed many tools and had so much help from the employees and even patrons. We used their place for a few hours replacing a stater. After all said and done they only charged me $24 and randy said pay it forward, which I will. Thankyou for everything and I will pay it forward! Thanks for everything again!
We had an incredible experience at this napa. Rick the owner went above and beyond to help us troubleshoot a leaky radiator and got is a new one in asap. He even met us at the store before it opened so we could get back on the road. By far the best auto part customer service I've ever had. Thanks again
On our trip for the great eclipse of 2017 our truck developed a terrible grinding and clanking noise from the rear when we applied brakes. We discovered that the bolts from one of our rear calipers had vibrated out and were lost. Stopped here to see if we could pick up replacement bolts, unfortunately, they had no stock. Not to worry, the counter clerk promptly grabbed a socket wrench and she removed the bolts from a caliper assembly they did have in stock. She sold us the bolts and I picked up a couple wrenches and had the repair done in minutes. For less than $15 we were back on the road again. Whether here at home or on the road, NAPA rocks!
