Had a great experience consulting with the owner on an issue I was having with my car. We talked through my issues and he was able to point me to part I needed!

The service and care at Bull's was outstanding! The team went above and beyond to take care of our needs. We had a tricky breakdown on our road trip and they made sure our every need was addressed. They are experts in their trade and we couldn't recommend them more enthusiastically.

My trailer got a flat about 20 miles outside of duboise after midnight. I was stranded on the side of a very rural highway... not great. I called roadside assistance and they said there was nothing they could do and to call 911. I wound up finding Bull's online but they were closed. After speaking with the hwy patrol, they managed to contact Bull's for me. It wasn't long before they showed up and saved the day! I highly recommend calling Bull's if you are ever in the area and need to be saved.

GREATEST TOW SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY. They took us out of a creek. They deserve all the business they get. Thanks Mike! They went above and Beyond 100%. Don't worry about how we got stuck 😅

This place was a life saver! We broke down coming out of the Grand Tetons. Bulls was out within the hour! (on a Sunday). They had our car in the shop Monday morning and on the road by Monday afternoon! Thank you so much Bulls!

I needed to have the thermostat in my Jeep serviced. We pulled in on a Friday afternoon about 3:30. Mike came out to the Jeep and talked with my husband. Mike and he agreed it was the thermostat and said if we could bring it back Monday morning he would work it in. We were grateful to hear that and grateful we were staying another week. We dropped off the Jeep at 7. At 4:30 I contacted them and they were finishing up. One of them would come to our campground and pick us up. In and out in the same day. Fit us in while he was short handed, and was more than willing to help us keep our schedule. Back exploring with terrific service and reasonable rates.

I was stranded just outside Yellowstone NP. The closest place I could find to replace the rear tire on a Goldwing motorcycle was 3 hours away. The owner of Bull’s Towing arranged to have someone come first thing in the morning. Nate arrived earlier than expected and did a great job transporting the bike. He was a blessing in helping my wife and I get back on the road again. We also learned some interesting things from him about the area while on the long tow ride. 🙂

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!! They got us in on Father's Day on a Sunday when our rental car tire started leaking air. If you are in Dubois and need fixing go see them! They are amazing! Enterprise was useless so they saved us having to drive through the mountains on a bad tire.

If you are reading this review, I empathize with your need for a tow. Our family of 5 was stranded in Yellowstone and Mike and his crew are exactly what we needed to turn a mess of a day into a positive experience. After calling several other companies, it became clear Mike is who I wanted to entrust my family's safety to. Nate showed up with a loaner vehicle on the truck for us to drive safely back to Jackson and is a wonderful human. Mike and Nate were both fantastic and I can't thank them enough.

After moseying around off the beaten path, I ran into some thicker snow pack going way too slow. Lucky for me, Mike made his way to me and dragged me out! Freedom!

Mike and his crew are top notch. He has top of the line equipment. They offer tire changes and repair, oil changes and maintenance service, full service auto repair and does a great job, it’s also a gas station, full service towing, inside has drinks, variety of snacks, ice, gifts and quick to go lunch type options. Appointments for auto repair are booked out far in advance. But they might be able to squeeze in an emergency. He’s honest and definitely knows his trade very well.

Mike helped us out of his very busy schedule while we were in a pinch at the KOA Campground across the road. We had a long trip home yet and Mike was able to help get us on the road again. Your kindness will not be forgotten, Mike! Very grateful you were a part of our adventures!

Past 7pm on a Saturday friends car had a punctured tire- and for a place with almost no cell coverage- this place saved our day. Though it was already past closing time he helped replace the tire and we were able to reach our hotel.

On a long road trip my trusty Ford F-150 began running rough. Brought it in to Bull's and spoke with Mark, the terrific Mechanic on duty. He ran a diagnostic and clearly outlined the issue and repair strategy. It was fixed that day and all is running very well. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Plus the benefit of a tiny bit of Bertie sass absolutely made my day.

Travel trailer blew a tire 88 miles from the Tetons. Axle with leafspring dislodged from frame. Fortunately we had cell phone service and insurance company contacted the professionals at Bulls. Mike and Junior came to the rescue. Junior welded back on the shackle and the fellas made us feel confident about continuing our trip. We traveled from Ohio! Mike took us back, handled my spare issues, and took care of us further at the shop. I cannot say enough good things about the professional service at Bulls. They saved our butts, vacation, confidence, wallet, etc etc to a degree where we are forever grateful.

Mike was great! We were in the middle of nowhere wy in a 33 ft rv when our radiator hose busted. Rv shut down and he came to tow us into Riverton Wy. He took great care in hooking up to his tow truck making sure everything looked and worked right, very professional. A super nice man that truly cared about us getting to a place where we could get repaired. He had to travel approximately 3 hours to get to us, an hour and a half to get to repair shop then another 85 miles to get home. Mike went above and beyond to get us help and we are very grateful there are people like Mike.

This business also handles RV service. They were prompt, friendly, & efficient when I arranged a meet date & time with Mike the owner. The tech (Matt) arrived at the campground, removed my bad tire and replaced with like for like new tire for my travel trailer. He was very knowledgeable and accomplished the task in hand in short order without issue. I would highly recommend this service if every in Dubois Wyoming.

Thanks Bull's Service & Towing for your LIFE SAVING SERVICE!!!!! So much more than a towing and auto mechanic; You're a true blessing from god. Bulls Towing saved our butts. Mike and his crew towed our 27ft motorhome off the mountain pass at 10,000 feet! He put in a new radiator, a water pump, hoses, and fluids at a GREAT PRICE in a matter of a few short days. They spent extra time to give us all the information we needed to continue our travels across the USA. We dont know how or what we would have done to manage the leg of our journey without Bulls Towing. They genuinely wanted to help us get through our struggle. Thank you for being the super hero team you guys are. Nobody could have done it better. Highly recommend this business!

Want to give great thanks to Junior and staff for getting us home. We hit a deer a few miles out of town, causing quite a bit of damage, leaving it disabled. We were on a camping trip and were in a little of a bind trying to figure out how to get the truck and us home. Junior did an amazing job of assessing the truck, working with our insurance and getting it fixed quickly and efficiently enough to allow us to drive it back home to Colorado safely so we could get it completely repaired close to home! Thank you, we are so appreciative of you all!

We were on our way to Montana to fish in the Madison River. We were staying 2 nights in Dubois, WY. We discovered we had a radiator leak. This wasn’t the first problem we had had on our trip from Georgia. In the small town of Dubois, we were concerned that we wouldn't be able to find someone to repair it. We searched the internet and found Bull’s Service & Towing. After reading the reviews about Mike and his staff, I took my truck to his shop. Mike crawled under the truck and saw that the seal at the bottom of the radiator was leaking. He said he would order the part and be able to repair it the next afternoon. While repairing the radiator he also found a water pump problem. He finds me at the campground to see if I wanted him to fix it as well. He repaired all of it at a reasonable price. He didn’t overcharge me. If ever in need of road service, he is your man. Everyone I talked to in town spoke highly of Mike and how he went out of his way to help people. On May 31st of 2019, we stopped in Dubois, WY for fuel on our way home from a week in the Yellowstone area. We'd been on the road for a little over an hour. When we stopped we discovered that our 42-ft 5th-Wheel RV had a blowout tire on the driver's side rear. After breaking my ratchet trying to remove the tire and install the spare, we contacted Bull's Service & Towing to come help us. Mike showed-up about 10 minutes later with his service truck and pneumatic impact wrenches. Mike helped us remove the damaged tire and install the spare but he also made note of our Goodyear Marathon tires. Mike said he hated to "make our day" but that the GY Marathons were probably the absolute WORST tires we could have on our RV. He said he has replaced dozens of them that have come apart on the highway. We then followed Mike to his shop in Dubois and while we were waiting for his crew to come back from lunch I did a web-search on Goodyear Marathons. Sure enough, there were hundreds of complaints about them and even mentions of class-action lawsuits against Goodyear. Based on this and Mike's comments we chose to replace all 4 tires instead of just the blown one. As they removed the remaining tires from the rims, Mike's crew showed us how they were also coming apart. There were huge "blisters" on the inside of the tire where the layers were separating. The exterior profile of the tire was also distorted because of the separations. It was evident that the three remaining tires were within a few miles of failure as well. Mike made us a good deal on some 12-ply Gladiator tires and his crew got us back on the road pretty quickly. The original service call was covered by our AAA account. I was very pleased with everything about my experience with Bull's Service & Towing. Very professional, courteous and helpful. I'd give more stars to their rating if I could. Thank you guys for the excellent service!

Kansas Family was stranded outside of Jackson Lake. Mike gave us several options over the phone & responded quickly even bringing us a loaner car so we could continue our vacation. He called us first thing the next morning after checking out our car. Very honest and accommodating, couldn’t of asked for better customer service!

Witnessed a child stuck in a rental truck out by Trail lake and was able to get a call out to Dubois Towing and they were able to have someone out there in 15min (ten minutes faster than the drive normally takes) and the truck unlocked in less than 5min. The gentleman who came out was incredibly friendly and certainly didn't dilly dally in getting to the scene knowing a small child was involved. I highly recommend them! The child is just fine, it was cloudy enough that the truck didn't get too hot otherwise a large rock would have been involved in smashing a window.

The best by far "customer service" I've ever experienced for road service! My car slide off the road in the Whiskey Basin Wildlife Habitat area and had to be winched out. Mike was perfectly professional and totally experienced as he pulled it back up onto the road. His warmth and friendliness really eased my anxiety during the whole process. Great guy, great company!

A very long way from home, on our way to Yellowstone and the car broke down (transmission) just outside of Dubois. Called for a wrecker and Bull came out. He was very professional and did things right as he hooked everything up...said he never wanted to be “that guy” who hurried and didn’t do things the right way. I assumed the transmission was toast and was prepared to install a new one, which would have required us to spend the weekend as we waited for it to arrive. To my astonishment, they were able to get us back on the road Saturday morning after they flushed the system several times and put new fluid in. My expectation going in was that it would be in the thousands of dollars....it ended up being just a few hundred, and as I said, they worked on Saturday morning so we could get on our way. Passing through Dubois, my car sprang a nasty oil leak. Stopped into Bull’s Service on the off chance they could spare a few minutes to take a look. Mike was super friendly and helpful - he diagnosed the leak quickly, and had it fixed even faster. He also sent me off with a spare part in case the leak returned! Thanks so much for taking the time from your busy day to help out a traveler!!

We experienced the best customer service at Bull's towing that we have ever experienced from ANY industry, and that is saying a lot. Our car was totaled by a deer, and when the tow our insurance scheduled fell through Mike came out in the middle of the night to pick us up. He also helped us find accommodations, gave us his (well informed!) opinion on the damage done to our car (what was damaged, cost to fix, etc.), and then proceeded to help us do battle royale with our terrible insurance company the next two days. This was our first wreck experience and Mike's advice on how to handle our insurance company and what to insist they do with our car was invaluable (our insurance company was TERRIBLE to work with and screwed everything up, including the tow payment which Mike assured us he would get taken care of). We can't thank him enough for his great service, and would highly recommend any of his services for his integrity and hard work.
